INTERIOR
Beach View Retreat. Ven a la vista, quédate en la playa. Echa un vistazo a la salida del sol sobre el golfo, café en la mano, desde el balcón de este condominio recientemente actualizado en el tercer piso. Este condominio viene equipado con todo lo que necesita para una estancia cómoda y agradable. Duermen cómodamente en las camas king y queen con un sofá cama para los niños. El segundo baño tiene una puerta que conecta con el segundo dormitorio, proporcionando esencialmente dos master suites. En la unidad de lavandería asegura la comodidad después de un largo día en la playa. Además de ofrecer una vista del golfo, el balcón da a la piscina (que ahora está climatizada para disfrutar todo el año) y la zona de la bañera de hidromasaje para ayudar a vigilar a los niños, pero las nuevas ventanas de doble acristalamiento evitan el ruido.

COMPLEJO / COMUNIDAD
Este complejo incluye un espacio de estacionamiento reservado, piscina, jacuzzi, sauna, gimnasio, centro de oficinas y parrillas de barbacoa de carbón. El acceso rápido a los sitios de Corpus Christi y la costa nacional de Padre Island amplía sus vacaciones. La ubicación está a unos pasos de la playa ya un corto trayecto en coche del parque acuático Schlitterbahn, ¡una combinación de vacaciones fantástica! Wifi está disponible en el complejo centro de negocios, piscina y área de mirador y ahora hay una red privada de Wifi en la unidad para uso de los huéspedes.

Se proporcionan sábanas para cada cama y toallas de baño para cada huésped. Se requiere una estadía mínima de dos noches. Los invitados contratados de Padre Escapes deben tener 25 años de edad o más. Nice stay

My family and I wanted an easily accessible place for our family by the beach and this one worked well. It was hard to find help with a small issue and check in process was fine, but overall good trip. The place was clean, had mostly everything you need and a nice view of the beach.

Reviewer Comments: It was nice... we have been staying in these condos for years now I wish maintenance was a bit better on these units I know that the conditions are harsh down there but there is a downtime every year for you all and the money we spend on these units really should be put back into the units. I can sure tell a difference between owner owned units and ones that are owned by a property company the owner ones always was updated seemed like every year we came back but this last unit we have been in for a couple of years now hasn't seen an update since I don't know when and it sure shows. We love Padre and have been coming for over 20 years and have stayed at this location for the last 10 maybe and it is perfect but over the last few years seems to be much louder and crowded than it use to be.

Reviewer Comments: We love this location we have been staying in these condos for years now and all the others had Kuerig or would provide filters and coffee if still had the old but this unit did not. Also I feel that you need provide better quality toilet paper and paper towels the 1 ply stuff is horrible! But we will stay here again loved the balcony and sat there for hours watching the waves.

Dirty dishes

The property was great. Overall everything was excellent. Just when we first got there the forks, dishes, pots and pans had food caked on them. The toilets had hair and urine around them, the tub was clogged with hair. Counters and tables were nasty. Looked like everything was wiped down with dirty rags. For as much as we paid to stay a week, I would expect 1st class cleanliness.

When having to submit a maintenance request, the response-time was fast and the issue corrected quickly. The TV’s with cable/internet were a challenge to figure out. Some furniture could be updated. Bring your own beach chairs if you want to go to the beach. For this price, we would stay here again. I already miss the paradise of North Padre Island!!

Family Beach Vacation

Unit was clean and everything was just as pictured. We were very comfotable. We used the pool and hot tub (very nice) but spent most of our time at beach. Beach is walking distance, but we drove since you can park right on the beach. It wasn't an issue for us, but be aware unit is on 3rd floor and only option is stairs. Only small complaint was very dirty/moldy air vent in bedroom.

I don't have enough good things to say about our experience. The check in process was seamless, the condo was exactly as it was represented. It was clean, spacious, and had lots of amenities. It was a very short walk to the beach, and the pool area was lovely. The only thing I wished was that the pool was heated. It was freezing cold, and it would have been nice to be able to swim, but other than that we loved it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great way to spend the first week of vacation. Wife, three kids and I had plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long school year. We had the pleasure of staying 4 nights and this was one of our more memorable trips. The unit is well equipped and maintained. No complaints here. Best part of the stay was the view from balcony. We had ocean, pool and island views. The walk to the pool was close as well. We have stayed at Beach Club many times in various units and this is one of our favorites. Two room condo is definitely worth the extra expense with kiddos.
