This place was great really good for a family gathering the pool was incredible nice and deep and a really good temperature! The jacuzzi also was great. It helped that we stayed during a heat wave so we got to enjoy the pool and outdoors. And the A/C worked really well. The location was walking distance to the great shops , cafes and restaurants of montecito . The two main bedrooms were a good size but the others a bit small and the bathrooms a bit small. Overall we had a great stay.

Located close to the Santa Barbara Zoo, the beach, the pier, the restaurants, and a grocery store, this house was the perfect place to have a family vacation. The house had a pool, a hot tub, a billiards' table, and a ping pong table for on-site entertainment. Bravo to the owners for supplying ample amenities to cater to the needs of a larger family. We loved the backyard with its beautiful landscaping and the outdoor fireplace.

Hi Dana, we really appreciate the honest feedback that helps us know how to improve our property. Since your stay we have installed nonslip pads in our upstairs bathtub and purchased new pool and kitchen towels. We have also addressed with our gardeners to refrain from any maintenance trimming during our guests stays. We would love to welcome you back anytime!

The kitchen is amazing and we were able to bring a lot of our own food to cook during our stay. Lots of comfortable seating for lounging and the backyard is gorgeous! We all had a wonderful stay.
