Good layout, however no privacy in master bath. Definitely some maintenance issues: poor water pressure in 2nd bath, washer walks and panel kept popping off, dryer lint screen broken so socks, underwear got stuck in there, loose towel hanger in 2nd bath. It really was a good location, very clean, great layout for our needs. Loved sitting on the deck having morning coffee.

This home was exactly as it was described and pictured. It was perfect for our family with 2 grown boys as they each had their own room and a bathroom to share. The outside covered patio was wonderful and the proximity to town made walking everywhere a plus. Beds were comfy ... much needed after exploring all day. Very quiet street. The owners thought of everything. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect location - walking distance to everything in Kanab. 1 hour drive to The Wave and overall the house was super clean, master bedroom was large and super comfortable! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were clean. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and clean. The bedrooms were comfortable. The outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing and nightly stargazing. It was in a great location and easy to get to everything we wanted to see on our itinerary.

We started our trip in kanab and it was the perfect town to start in. The house was clean, had what we needed and was close to everything. We did sand caves, dinosour tracks, horse excursion through east zion. We even last minute drove to the north rim grand canyon. Definitely would recommend this place. Hosts were very responsive also.

The house was beautiful and so tastefully decorated, just as pictured. Everything was sparkling clean. It is located perfectly within walking distance of town but off the main street far enough to be quiet. We enjoyed the use of both porches on our short overnight stop, and loved the big trees in the yard. We only used the master bedroom but that bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of room to pull our vehicle right into the carport. We just loved the place and wished we could have stayed longer.

This was the cutest home with lovely decor, plenty of space with large rooms, and thoughtful amenities. The location is ideal both in terms of the walkability into town and driveability to other must see places. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage in Kanab. Host was very responsible from the time of booking until we checked in. Also appreciated the crib which was set up before we arrived. Location is perfect and walking distance to restaurants in downtown Kanab.

Why they chose this property

This property was our first home, after extensive renovation, this home seemed too good not to share. Being a block from down town offers a unique mix of being far enough away that it is a quiet neighborhood, but also close enough to walk anywhere in town. Thank you for considering this property. We are glad we can share our home with you.

What makes this property unique

This house is in the middle of town about a block off of the town square. It is on a quite street with minimal traffic.

It has a fully privately fenced yard with lawn, porch, bbq so you can enjoy your stay outside.

close to Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon, and everything else you would come to Kanab to enjoy.

Community events are close enough to walk, come enjoy the 4th of July, Balloons and Tunes, Battle of the Bands, or any other event and stay right in the action.
