Overall, we had a great experience. The host was very active and communicated well the only reason why I gave a three for the price was due to some of the upgrades. I recommended for the property. There are a lot of rules at this location.

Nice house with lots of room to host our family. The neighboorhood looked a little rough but all the neighbors seemed friendly and we had no incodents. The host was very responsive to our needs and any questions we had. I would stay there again.

Track team traveling for Junior Olympics

We had a great stay in Cypress this past week! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. It offered just the right amount of space for our group and was well-equipped throughout. The only minor issue was that we couldn't get the dishwasher to start, but it wasn’t a big deal since we’re all pretty used to hand washing anyway. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again!

This property was a gem. Both my family members and I enjoyed all of the amenities and the spacious rooms. It was a very pleasant stay, and Jamique was definitely one of the most responsive hosts I have worked with in years. With that being said, we look forward to renting this location again for our annual family gathering.

Amazing house

We stayed at this wonderful house for our sins wedding. The beds were comfortable. The foosball table, basketball game and air hockey table kept our young grandchildren amused. Would have loved to try the home theater but alas no time! The coffee set up with the great array of K-cups was amazing. Jamique is a wonderful host.

We came in town for a quick visit to one of my sons. We had 7 adults staying in the home and it was very comfortable for all of us. The house is VERY spacious. Jamique was very informative and was easy to contact. The house is full of amenities! My grown boys enjoyed the air hockey the most. It was nice to have access to the garage as we had 4 cars with us. I was shocked at the fact of the 10/10 reviews after staying in this house. The neighborhood was so run down and multiple cars were repossessed during our weekend stay. When pulling into the neighborhood there was a security system monitoring camera. The bedding had stains and cigarette burns. We found false eyelashes someone wore stuck to the frame of the bunk beds. There was a disgusting pile of hair in one of the bedroom closets. Once many of us showered and used the mismatched towels, they smelled of mildew, we smelled like mildew after using them. I reached out to the owner who kindly put an order in for 8 bath towels for 9 of us staying there and told me there was laundry soap we could was them with. No additional hand towels or wash cloths. The back yard gazebo was deplorable with multiple stains on the cushions.

Hello Michelle, First, I still would like to appreciate you for your stay and appreciate your criticism as your review is very unique as you’ll see if you check all platforms regarding this home. While you may not appreciate the security system, I do, as I feel it keeps the neighborhood safe and comfortable. The bedding did have two small dark grey marks, but they were not cigarette burns as no smoking is allowed in the home ever and that is terms for immediate termination of a stay. I do apologize for the two dots as my team said it may have been dried laundry detergent but either way, the comforter has been replaced. As guest satisfaction is of utmost importance to me. I relayed the information about the hair ball and false lash to my team and as stated before, while my team does an excellent job making sure this home is spotless, very rarely if ever, they may overlook something. I was absolutely willing to send them over to resolve any issues at hand to make sure you felt as comfortable as possible. The towels are all of high quality, plush, and new— as stated, this is a complaint I’ve never had and I usually get compliments on my choice of towels. The amount purchased was due to the lack of response. I have plenty of amenities in the home (a washer and dryer with laundry soap included) to resolve the issue and would’ve again, sent my team to rewash all towels, but due to the fact that I have many, and received no response, I have to assume it was only a couple. Needless to say, I over compensated just in case as again, my guests are my highest priority, and bought brand new towels. You never mentioned the wash cloths and hand towels were also an issues as I recently checked our messages. If that was the case, I would’ve handled that accordingly as well with pleasure. The backyard is always maintained weekly during this time of year and the outdoor furniture is always cleaned during every stay and that was assured during our conversation through messages. I apologize if this still did not meet your standards. I very much appreciate your stay and hope you have a great day. Very respectfully your Host, Jamique
