The Mullet, business in the front, party in the back. Completely private, fully fenced backyard with a diving pool, lots of water floats, covered hot tub, bbq, Mt. views, conveniently located and close to 3 major highways, 20mins to airport, Chase Field, and all stadiums,10mins to malls. With a short 5 min. walk to Lookout Mt. / Lookout Park with its numerous trails, volleyball courts, and playgrounds to explore. House comfortably sleeps 8 or 9 if you use the air mattress stored in the corner bedroom closet.

Nice Stay

Clean house in nice neighborhood. We went for spring training and most stadiums are within 30 minutes. We also have a dog and a nice park and Lookout Mountain within walking distance along with a couple dog parks. Owner is very attentive.

Perfectly Perfect!

House was roomy, clean, cute, and everything is as described! Beds are comfy, back yard is cute and perfect for family time! If we head back to Phoenix, we will stay here again! ☆☆☆☆☆

Great Vacation House

The house worked great for a guys golf trip. It was clean and had everything we needed for the week. We cooked and grilled out multiple times, enjoyed the hot tub, and had plenty of room. We didn't use the pool as it was February and cold, but I'm sure it would be great in the summer. The location was good and central to getting around to golf course and the golf tournament. The owner was very attentive and helpful with anything we needed, she even showed us Speedy the tortoise. I would recommend renting this house.

Good location, felt homey.

A group of us were here for a business trip. The living room was set up well for our group meeting. The kitchen was stocked with a range of cookware. The house was comfortable. Although, we weren't there for a vacation, there were lots of games, toys, etc available for family fun. Check in was very easy.

Avoid this property and owner!!!

The house smells of old cigarette smoke and mold. There are outlets that are not safely installed flush with the wall and little people could easily get hurt. Additionally, the owner took 24 hours to answer my questions about how we were to sleep 9 of us in her house... The listing said 2 doubles and a twin in one room that only had a lofted double in a rather small room for the size of the bed. That meant that we were down 2 beds... She didn't respond to my questions and concerns until dinner time the following day. (She's updated the listing to indicate one double bed is an inflatable and a twin is under a slip-covered chair, however those details weren't in her listing, nor were they to be found in any documents on site or in check in instructions.) She knew the size of our group and communicated nothing. We left to a hotel for a place to sleep us all and got no refund for her deception and delayed responses. Any attempt I made at communication from the time of check in was meet with extremely delayed responses and carried an indifferent tone for any hardship she created. She's fine until she gets your money, but once she does, she knows you can't get it back and doesn't care.

Checkin process needs updating

I wish there was instructions for checkin for example, we were only told about the lockbox but weren’t told that the keys didn’t open the front door and instead had to go through the garage. This is something that would’ve been useful info. We also had a hot Water problem, there were only two of us that showered and we both got hot water for maybe 7 minutes each. More towels, not beach towels, would’ve been useful too. Lastly the floors were pretty dirty, they might’ve been swept but definitely not mopped so our feet were dirty from walking on the floor.

Relaxing and Fun!

We stayed just one night but wish it could have been longer. The backyard is the highlight of the home and we spent a lot of time in the pool. First time my 11 month old grandson has ever been in a pool so many pictures were taken. The tortoise is a hoot! Loved watching him eat. Thanks so much!

Miloye was such a great hostess. The home was very clean, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and spa were clean and refreshing.

Phoenix trip 2023

The house was nice with lots of room for all of us., but the backyard was everything. We went swimming and enjoyed the hot tub every chance we got!

The house is very close to the mountains and the house was very spacious. We all LOVED the hot tub and the whole house was exactly what we expected

Review

The house was nice and had plenty of rooms and space for my daughters birthday party. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I would suggest curtains on all the windows to feel more safe. Also, the wifi stopped working later in the evening, and the living room tv was super dark so was hard to watch it. Overall was simple and nice for one night for a sleep over.

It's all about family

After you read this, you'll probably think, " Why did he give this place five stars?" For starters, there was no mention of a 75-100 pound tortoise on the side yard that the homeowner briefly attends to every morning. Next, I was shocked to find all of the medicine cabinets mostly filled with used personal hygiene products and medicines/pills. The refrigerator was mostly filled with half used beverages and perishables, some expired. There's a trampoline on the other side of the house opposite the tortoise. But I don't recommend using it because My kids tried it and springs started flying off of it and it was torn in some areas too. The closets and some drawers are filled with personal items like makeup, nail polish, jewelry. The first couple days you are there, the house smells fresh, but after that, the smells of cat permeates in the master bedroom, and another room smelled like cigarette smoke. Wi-Fi is slow for some reason. The owner's family photos are throughout the house on walls, refrigerator, and shelves, including a photo of a naked baby, lol. Parts of the house inside and out look like they are still under construction or need TLC. Only one key for the house. Aside from all that, our family still had a great stay and a great time. The owners communication was super cool and they were super nice and friendly. Nice clean BBQ, Pool, and spa. Humongous doggie door for your dog to go in and out of the backyard. Huge parking area with carport. Quiet neighborhood.
