Enjoy quick, direct access to the Lemon Bay Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) with NO bridges to slow you down.
Private Dock: Dockage is readily available to accommodate up to a 30-foot power boat.
Screened Pool Oasis: A massive backyard features a large, screened-in swimming pool complete with plenty of loungers and tables for outdoor dining. (Pool heating is available for an optional $150/week after booking)
.Sunset Cove Firepit: Gather around the waterfront firepit seating area. It is the perfect spot to catch breathtaking Florida sunsets.

Perfect location for a boat. Loved the house and games. Outside area was beautiful and our kids loved the fire on a cold night in November. The host was great with communication.

This was an excellent VRBO experience! Property was exactly as described and my mother and I enjoyed our time from rental to completion. We needed to check in on her house and take in the sunlight and seafood—and we did!! Would do it all over again!!

Southern Comfort

The cleanliness and attention to detail were amazing and the unit was very well supplied. The owners were extremely attentive to our needs and very responsive. Having a problem with the tv we were very surprised to have a new one installed the very next day. The location was perfect for us with five restaurants within walking distance and beaches just a short drive away.

Perfect spot for our family

This place was so perfect for our family! My daughter loved swimming in the pool, and my son stayed fishing on the dock. We were able to park our families boat there in the canal and it was so nice and convenient to be able to get right out on the water without all the fuss of the trailer and driving somewhere. A short boat ride up to Stump Pass made for a very easy beach trip. There were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool, tons of seating outdoors for dinner, and evening sofas with the fire. We grilled out several nights and had family over for dinner with plenty of space outdoors. The home had everything we needed, and was very nicely decorated. The location was great as well. Paddle boarding out into the bay was lovely, and we rode bikes up and down the road and at the nearby Chuck and Ann Devers park. The grocery store was just a couple minutes away and there were three or more restaurants within a five minute walking distance from the house. Victoria was very nice and responded quickly. The only time I contacted her was to request to extend our stay longer because the place was so great. Thanks again for sharing this sweet spot!

We take great pride in maintaining a pristine, 5-star property for our guests. Unfortunately, this guest left our home with significant property damage, including biological waste on the living room furniture and linens, and the indoor rug with vomit dragged outside by the trash dumpster. We fully documented this with photographs and filed a formal claim for the damages. We always welcome constructive feedback and open communication during a stay, but no issues were raised to us until after a damage claim was initiated. We look forward to continuing to provide excellent experiences for our future guests.
