A beautiful brand new spacious 2 Bedroom ensuite apartment with its own private kitchen and very large patio with a Seaview.
The apartment has also a shared large swimming pool and is located n the first floor in a newly developed gated community with
private access to the beach. Each room is equipped with an AC and access to the patio which overlooks the shared pool and the ocean.
