Thank you so much for making your home available to us—it allowed my family and me to attend my daughter’s A&M graduation and her wedding, which was truly special. We really appreciate your hospitality!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and the game room was a hit, especially the arcade game. Brady, the owner, responded quickly and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a central area.

We have a project in College Station, so we had our guys stay here for a week and they loved it. It was super easy to get ahold of the host and they enjoyed their time at this house. We wish we could book for the whole duration of our project. LOVED IT. If you're looking for a sign to book this house, here it is! BOOK IT! :-)

Nice house!!!

The neighborhood was quiet and the house is located close to Texas A&M University. The grandkids really liked the small game room.

Chech in and check out was easy. We didnt fell safe with the party next door, and the heavy oder of pot outside. Neighborhood is the only problem with this place.

I'm sorry you didn't feel safe. The neighborhood is VERY safe and this can be confirmed by calling the police department. If this ever occurs again at a property, please contact the host and the police department as smoking pot is not legal in Texas. Personally I trust the neighborhood as I have met most of the neighbors. There is a Vietnam war veteran 2 doors down and a sweet older woman next door on the other side. I'm sorry you had a problem with the college students who are currently renting next door, but if you had contacted us e could have addressed it.

Perfect stay, teens loved it!

This was an awesome house for two families that were bringing their teenagers to tour A&M. The kitchen was well equipped (crockpot!) for us to have dinner ready after a long day of tours or the football game. The beds were comfortable and the teens absolutely loved the game room! The little living area would be a little squishy if everyone staying there tried to watch something together, but it was perfect for four adults while the kids played in the game room. Overall, SUPER close to campus and we really enjoyed our stay. Oh, and the host is very responsive! We'd definitely stay here again! Thanks!
