This magnificently remodeled North Shore Place villa features two bedrooms. Walking into an open-concept floor plan.

The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed and private ensuite bath. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bathroom has a shower and tub combination.

A rooftop pool and hot tub add to the cool factor at this villa! Enjoy the ocean breezes and sweeping views of the ocean from the pool deck! It’s spectacular! Our guests may also use the North Oceanfront Pool at the Sea Crest Complex, which is located directly across the street. The beach is only a few minutes’ walk away from the complex, and Coligny Plaza is located directly across the street, where there is shopping, dining, and entertainment. The complex is gated, the parking is covered, and the elevator services all five floors of this beautiful beach complex.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying near Coligny. Wanted a place near all the shops, restaurants and nightlife, yet close to the beach. The Villa was exceptional. Clean, comfortable furniture, kitchen well stocked. LOVED the balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Hot tub and pool area quiet and clean. Will be back for sure!
