Great location, well kept complex. Nice pool, great beach access. We spotted dolphins from the balcony! Great layout and well stocked- would definitely return.

Great!

Perfect spot to rent for a family! Super clean and had everything you’d need! Plenty of room to spread out. Pool is one of the best ones I’ve seen at a condo. Only downside to the whole condo is the queen mattress is rough to sleep on, other than that it’s the perfect spot!

Great location!

We stayed here because our kids weren’t old enough to be biking far away, so this was perfect to walk to beach and Coligny Plaza. Beautiful ocean view.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was perfect and exactly as described. We loved the balcony and how big and clean the place was. It was in a perfect location to where we basically could just walk to everything. We will definitely come back.

Very nice property

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice condo, great location, short walk to the beach and great pool area. The bunnies in the yard under our balcony were a big hit with our 2 year old grandson. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Elevator broken

Only problem with our rental experience was the elevator was broken the entire week we were there. Very nice condo with a great view. Would rent again

The condo is well equipped and provides you with everything needed. The only shadow I he metal frame from the queen bed madeSome noise and could use an update but everything else is perfect.

Great location, very spacious, beautiful views, very clean, great property, & close to restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, the layout was perfect. Loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Loved having a washer/dryer. The view from the balcony was amazing. We would definitely stay there again! The only down side was the refrigerator stopped working after we decided to extend our stay by 2 days. So, we ended up leaving a day early because they couldn't fix it right away & we lost all of our food. (We were refunded for that night.) Also, the ice machine never worked (which other reviews warned about). But those were very minor things & the refrigerator going out was no one's fault. We had a lovely stay & would highly recommend it to others.

Great place.

The location was great - a short drive to the things we wanted and needed. The view was amazing - lived sitting on the balcony looking at and listening to the ocean. A short walk to the beach and pool and the condo was great. Would stay again.

Relaxation, golf, & great seafood

This is our second time staying at the Shorewood and we woukd definitely come back again. Host2Coast were wonderful to deal with. Everything went so smoothly. Even when there was a problem with a dining chair, they came right away. We were 5 adults, me and my husband, our 31 year old son and his wife, and our 25 year old son. We all loved it and our unit was extremely comfortable with 3 bedrooms. Our 25 year old went to rescue an older couple that got locked out of their room and were stuck on their porch their first day. We were very proud of him. So many wonderful restaurants in a close proximity too. The dolphin sunset cruise was wonderful and we saw so many dolphins. We so look forward to returning again.

I called to ask about a larger skillet and was provided a brand new one within an hour. The only little issue we had were the bedrooms were very warm! There were two fans in the unit but one for each bedroom would have helped! (I didn’t asked for one but I’m sure it would’ve been provided if I had!).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent space with amazing views being an end unit. Great square footage. The ice maker is broken in the freezer, Filling ice trays or purchasing bags of ice is ridiculous. Get a new fridge or fix the existing one. The bathrooms especially the master need updating badly and it is very small. Location is amazing, the unit was very clean and we loved the amenities provided by the property manager. Awesome and easy access to the beach. The pool is nice. I would probably stay here again.

Great condo in perfect location

This is our third year staying at Shorewood (third unit). We love the location and pool. The unit was great with lots of space for our boys to play and a huge dining table. Only complaints are: no pantry for all our food/snacks, ice maker was broken, and one of the toilets didn’t flush well. Overall, it was great and would recommend!

Exactly as presented

We really enjoyed our stay. Had family come for a few days with the kids. Other adult family stayed the whole time and there was plenty of room. Beds were in good shape, plenty of towels. Kitchen was fully equiped. View as spectacular. We even saw some deer with babies close up. Very family oriented with parks and shops within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shorewood never disappoints. This unit no exception. Larger then most living area with plenty of room for 6 adults. The Host2Coast provided amenities were very well thought out and wonderful to have for use during our stay. I found the environmental friendly supplies absolutely perfect! Umbrella and chair rental was perfectly set up each day through beach services directly in front of condo on beach. A must for these hot July days. On the 'this' happens side...Ice maker was not functioning upon arrival but service made every attempt to fix during our stay and delivered ice without any inconvenience. (My husband is obsessed with ice). Also clean where it counts most..but some food wrappers were found on floor from under a twin bed. Very busy 4th of July week. We enjoyed the Coligny area and the convenience of Piggly Wiggly, and the fireworks and lightening storms over the ocean from the balcony.

Post-Wedding Stay

We extended our stay in Hilton Head after my son’s wedding at The Sonesta in Shipyard a few days earlier. Our family has traveled to HHI for many years and since we lost my husband a few short years ago due to a homicide (still unsolved), we thought it only appropriate to have this wedding where he loved it best.., HHI. So, we found 307 Shorewood to meet all of our needs and more with ocean views everywhere. Everything was great. We didn’t cook. But it appeared to have all the essentials. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Location

The ocean view and location outweighed the other issues. Plenty of room for family and friends! Great time! Washing machine/dryer are in need of updating (user beware) and primary bathroom needs a remodel.
