Esta villa a nivel del suelo de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños se encuentra en Shorewood, una comunidad cerrada ubicada en el área de South Forest Beach. El plano de planta abierto con techos de nueve pies permite una experiencia de vida / comedor muy cómoda. El acceso desde la sala de estar conduce a su patio privado, con capacidad para 4 personas, y se encuentra a pasos del nuevo complejo de piscinas y del océano.

La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama doble, asientos cómodos e incluye un televisor de pantalla plana. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas con asientos adicionales en la zona del bar. Nuestra villa cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, actualizada y un lavadero independiente con lavadora y secadora grandes. La suite principal privada cuenta con una cama king size, baño principal privado actualizado con combinación de bañera / ducha y tocador. El dormitorio principal tiene acceso a nuestro patio privado y piscina / océano. El dormitorio principal incluye un televisor de pantalla plana y un reproductor de DVD. El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con 2 camas matrimoniales y un televisor de pantalla plana. El segundo baño actualizado tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha.

El área de la piscina ha sido totalmente renovada e incluye agua salada, climatizada, piscina, piscina para niños, bañera de hidromasaje y baño privado.

En el corazón de Hilton Head, nuestra villa se encuentra a poca distancia de tiendas especializadas, bares, restaurantes, panaderías, farmacias, supermercados y lugares de entretenimiento, todos ubicados en Coligny Plaza. Great family beach condo

We love Shorewood! We’ve stayed in various condos throughout the complex since 2018 and this may be my favorite one! It was more spacious because it was a ground floor and so convenient to the pool (perfect for my young kids). We were also able to pull our beach cart right out on the patio for easy access. Christian was great and super responsive via phone and text and the property was clean and just like the pictures.

Steps to ocean

Shorewood was a wonderful two week stay. The unit was clean, well stocked and homey. The location cannot be beat, and the owner was very attentive to our needs.

Beach fun

We rented this condo for our son and daughter in law, grandson age 14 and granddaughter age 9. The weather was perfect which always helps, but the location of this condo was perfect for a back and forth from the beach or pool. It was clean, very up to date on everything, bright and attractive with helpful contact from the owner. Our kids had a grand time. Our grandkids, upon leaving, said "Please can we come back to this place!" 😄

Great location but a few preventable issues with cleaning of the unit

We loved the location. Ground floor is perfect for us. The pool was fantastic. We had plenty of space and furniture was all comfortable. We were able to watch what we wanted on tv. Our only complaints had to do with cleanliness. The dishes had baked on food i think related to quality of dishwasher soap.( . Salad servers, coffee cups plates). Once we bought our own everything came out clean. The shower drain was filled with difficult to remove hair. We finally pulled a wad of hair out with a corkscrew. Several items of the bedding had stains which we had to wash out. And the planted area just outside the patio was filled with cigar butts and smelled.

Great Location / Nasty Carpet

This is a fantastic location. However, this unit has white carpet throughout which has seen better much days. Upon arrival there was a vomit smell coming from the carpet. We identified this & contacted manager Deb/Mary Jane/Roxanne (these were all the different names used during communications on the unit from beginning and while there). This person came with her husband and cleaned the one spot. The next day it still smelled horrendous and I notified her again. She did have professional cleaners come to clean carpets. While we appreciate the extra cleaning we felt it was unnecessary interruption of our vacation. I would not recommend this unit for the price until carpet is replaced with hard surface flooring.

We loved our stay at Hilton Head and at this location, we will definitely be back again! Very clean, very handy to the pool and the ocean. Beautiful property!

Would stay again/recommend

We have been to Shorewood a few times in the past and other family have rented units throughout the property. The location of this ground floor unit was perfect for our family of 4, with two elementary aged kids. We could park right outside our unit every time we left and came back. The kids could run back to the condo easily, if needed. The access to the garbage tote right outside the laundry room doesn’t sound exciting but it was great to not have to lug garbage looking for a dumpster. The condo was clean and well stocked (kitchen, bedding, extra blankets, towels, starter pack). All appliances worked well. The pictures in the listing show carpet but to our surprise when we opened the door, the flooring had all been replaced with what I believe to be LVP. It was installed well, no creaking or popping sections. Couches & beds were comfortable. Outlets were plenty, but some (definitely not all) of them were older in that our chargers wouldn’t stay plugged in. All doors worked/closed/slid well. Shower stalls are older but pressure was good and no backing up, they drained well. We rented bikes and that was something we really enjoyed. We biked everyday. The paths are accessible from the condo and easily traversed for the kids. They did get busy in later morning/early afternoon, but we went out in the early morning not encountering many other bikers or walkers. We also rode the bikes on the beach which was fun and could access the road at different access points. Coligny Plaza was such a short walk (used the walking/bike path) we went daily to walk around, eat, shop. While everything was great and we didn’t need to communicate with Deb, communication was solid. She provided multiple means to contact her should it be necessary. Deb contacted us upon check in to make sure everything was going well and upon check out to close out the trip. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend renting this unit!

Great island getaway

Very clean. Plenty of room although the kitchen is a little tight. Nice new laminated wood floor. New washer and dryer that my wife loved. Nice patio with a table and 4 chairs. Heated pool with plenty of reclining beach chairs. Bed was comfortable. Beach was easy to access. Plenty of parking. The only drawback is you don't have a view of the beach.

Great Condo. Great Location

Even though there was no ocean view, it was a very short walk to the beach and pool. So convenient. Also, it's on the ground floor so this would be perfect for families with small children because you can just go out the back door and the pool is right there. No steps to lug stuff up and down. Condo was well maintained, clean, and bright with natural light. Location on the island was great also. Would definitely stay here again. Condo owner was prompt to respond to any questions we had during the booking process and was easy to communicate with.

You cannot beat this location!!

Had a great stay! Plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 teens. Loved being on the ground floor. No lugging beach gear up and down the stairs. Super easy access to pool and beach. Super quiet complex even being so close to the pool. Never heard the people above us and they had kids too. Cannot say enough great things. Stay here!

The unti was very spacious with tons of storage. Location was perfect and central to everything.

Great complex and great unit. Perfect for families or couples. If you are looking for a vacation where you can park the car and walk/bike to everything, this is the place. The unit was extremely clean and everything is update and all necessary amenities were in place. Spend a few hours on the beach and then walk a few feet and enjoy the spacious pool, all while being able to walk a few feet back to the unit to grab snaks and drinks.

Fall fun in the sun.

Great location and unit! Close to the ocean and pool. Well equipped with everything you would need for a long or short stay. Love the beach this time of year and this trip, location and unit did not disappoint!

Great Location and clean condo

Condo was very clean and well equipped. Pool was steps away and beach was less than 5 minute walk. Beautiful beach. Location of condo is awesome. Right on bike trail and walking distance to Coligny shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed the stay
