Good location to downtown and to hiking trails. Urban retreat is the correct name for this amazing place. Will hopefully be able to stay again the next time we visit Spokane.

The house was excellent. Plenty of space with really nice bedrooms. Parking is very limited (only 2 spaces) so having all our group meeting here from other places did mean jockeying vehicles but it wasn't too bad. Hot tub was cloudy but really nice and warm. Wonderful weekend stay in Spokane.

The house is very comfortable, modern and has a great view of the surrounding mountains and landscape. All the amenities to make you feel at home. The owner was very available. They went out of their way to make it possible to have flowers delivered and in the house before we got there. We were well cared for.
