We can understand about the uneven floors due to the fact it’s an old house, but there are soft spots. Needs TLC with some of the furniture. Convenient to several historic sites & resturants.
The location of the apartment was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that a bucket of dirt had been dumped at the entry. I notified the property owner on Friday morning, but no one ever came to clean it up. Otherwise we had a lovely stay

Disliked: Communication
Comfortable
The communication with the owner was tough as he was slow to respond. The apartment was clean and centrally located. The bed was very uncomfortable, living room furniture basic and not very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of coffee available. If it snows you have to park a few blocks away. I gave them three stars, not a place we would return to.

Theme of this unit seems to be sagging. The bed sags terribly in the middle. Appears to be very old, well used, and ready for replacement. Floor is the same. Enter and be ready to go downhill to living room, uphill to kitchen, then immediately down again to only have to go up again into bathroom. This is all with the flooring and not actual steps in unit. Entry into unit either door is difficult if bringing any kind of luggage. Front door with small set of steps, door mainly blocked by garbage can. Other entry, where lockbox is, also hard by door as washer/dryer crammed in hallway directly across from door. Both doors I had to turn luggage and push sideways into unit. Bathroom smelt like urine and got worse when heat was on. Stayed two of five nights and moved to hotel. Sadly do not recommend.

We've been hosting here for several years and have never had a guest complain about tiny entryways. Only Annette. Trust me, your luggage will fit. Additionally, we place a garbage barrel outside one of the doors for convenience. It is easily moved to the street if it's not appreciated. -- And I just inspected the flooring, and I guess the floor sags a tiny bit in the living room. But enough to complain about??? Maybe. But nobody else ever has. Further, nobody else has ever complained about the bed, which seems firm to us. Not sure what Annette is talking about. That leaves us with the urine smell in the bathroom. We have a 5.0 cleanliness rating, so judging from her other complaints, we are going to assume that Annette dreamed up this scenario as well. This apartment is top-notch. See for yourself. Book now!
