Spend the summer in paradise! A large secluded, sunny property with 120 feet of direct lakefront on a peaceful private non-motorboat lake. Watch the sunset from the dock or deck, paddle to an uninhabited island on a kayak or paddle board. Swim across the lake or take out a float and bask in the sunshine. A 3 mile walk or jog around the lake on a dirt road and wooded trail. Just a 5 minute drive from Fahnestock State Park and the Adirondack trail, and 15 minutes to Coldspring.
The lower Hudson Valley location just an hour from the hustle bustle of City life provides easy access to the quaint historic towns, restaurants, fairs, and cultural activities of Beacon, Rhinebeck, Kingston and Hudson. Hudson Valley's Rail Trails for bicycling and walking are nearby. Hiking tails abound, including Breakneck Ridge, Bear Mountain and the Adirondack Trail. The DIA Beacon, Storm King art center, Hyde Park and West Point
are all less than an hour away. Even catch the High A minor league Yankee team the Hudson Valley Renegades play ball game in nearby Fishkill New York!
