Our trip started off with issues at check in as our host didn't share our reservation with the front desk. Then the apartment was not very clean with lots of dust in the fans and vents. One toilet was plugged and we had to deal with that. Wifi was in and out. The sliding door to the balcony was nearly impossible to open and close. There was no shampoo in one restroom and the handle of the other bathroom came off the first time I used it. Updates are needed as well as a good deep clean.

Great location

Went to visit our son for parent weekend and wanted a place near Sea World. This was about 10-15 minute drive. It was in a great location. The unit was very clean and worked great for us! We really weren’t there to use the amenities but there was a nice pool and hot tub. We had a beautiful view from our balcony that looked out over the lake as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Great resort

This was the perfect stay. It was close to everything and very clean. The pool and hot tub were great. The tiki bar was very nice to have. It was relatively quiet. Although there is a ton of traffic outside the front of resort, the back of the resort had beautiful views of the lake and nature. The price of our condo was a steal. While there may be a few imperfections like some chipped paint here or there, a loose door knob or a crack in a tile. Nothing beats a clean cozy, comfy, affordable place to rest your head for the week and have a great time! We had mostly everything we needed to live like we were at home! Would definitely stay here again and again. Totally worth it!

Lovely resort and great area

Property was well kept and safe. Unit was good, host was quick to respond to issues. Could use some updating, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

My family had a great time staying here. It was clean, easy to navigate, plenty of parking, and rooms are just like the pictures. The only issue we had was for check in. We received an email before we got there saying “Sign up for your digital key and go straight to your room when you arrive.” Which we did thinking it would save some time, and wow how convenient. This in fact did not work at all and ended up wasting our time as we tried to use it. So, please everyone, don’t listen to that email from the resort. Other than that issue with check in we had a great stay and would 100% stay again.

Close to all the parks but quiet and peaceful.

The condo has nice furniture and fixtures. The view of the pool and lake are very relaxing. The hot tub and pool were not crowded and the women working at the Tiki bar were friendly. My daughter loved the bunk beds.

TLC needed

Good location. Much quieter than other resorts. Pool area was nice. Easy access to the Highway. Lots of places to eat within walking distance or a short drive. The layout of the condo was good. Really good view of the surrounding area from the balcony. The downside was that the unit needs a lot of TLC. Furniture was old and well worn. Cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms were also old and worn. Walls and baseboards all need to be cleaned and painted. Some light fixtures did not work. Some ceramic tiles were cracked. There are two towers at this facility and we stayed in tower 1. At one point the elevator in tower 2 was not working…I can’t imagine having to walk up fifteen flights of steps to our rental. I’m not sure if we would book this unit again, unless there was some serious upgrades done.

Dirty/false location on maps

Overall the place needs updated which I could deal with and it did have a nice view. However, when we pulled out the sofa bed it was FILTHY! I was told we only booked for three so they didn’t think we’d be using it. When you rent somewhere the ENTIRE condo should be clean and ready for full use by the renter. I asked kindly if we could have an extra set of towels and was told that’s all they have for the condo (4 towels, washcloths, and hand towels). If the condo sleeps 6 like advertised that means they don’t have enough for each person to have one daily. I just didn’t want to have to do laundry everyday. I will say they sent housekeeping and cleaned sofa bed when I asked. I just wasn’t impressed with it not being clean in the first place and the response that they didn’t think we’d use it so they didn’t clean it. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Volleyball tournament

My wife and I brought my daughter to Orlando for AAU Nationals. This property was about 20 minuets from the Convention Center, but that got us away from the craziness of the Convention Center. Property was as advertised. Clean with a great view. Would stay there again.

Amazing Experience

My husband and I were in town for the weekend for a trade show. The location was convenient to all the attractions. The resort setting was tranquil and clean, and the staff was friendly. Our host was very responsive when messaging and very accommodating during our stay.

Disney Trip

The location was centrally located for the Disney parks. There was a subway, Wendy’s, McDonald’s and Chik-fil-a within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. The drink/snack shack was a nice surprise. View from the room was awesome. Needs improvement- only 4 bath towels and 2 pool towels were provided. Our family of 4 had to buy 2 beach towels and wash towels every other day. The kitchen was sparse, no kitchen towels or even hot pads so cooking was a struggle. The place was quiet. Traffic in the area is a bit nuts but that is expected. Also the park shuttle is no longer offered. We had a car so not a big deal for us.

Prime location. Good value. Ideal for extended stay. Awesome view from large balcony. Living areas and bathrooms were clean. King bed very comfortable. Had no issues with the accommodations. Great pool and spa, and fitness centre was adequate. We enjoyed our 3 week stay and would book again.
