The Highland | City Club is a family owned and operated business located in the heart of downtown Boulder, Colorado. With the goal of 'advancing humanity' this is a center for thoughtful reflection and conversation, as well as fundamental safety, security, and enjoyment. Sina Simantob is our original founder responsible for restoring this once dilapidated historic building and forming the Club. Constance Peck is responsible for the design and nurturing of our award winning Gardens and much of the interior design of the Club and Townhomes. Constance and Sina have been together for almost 50 years. Together they purchased this historic property almost 46 years ago and still work seven days per week to further progress and refine this beautiful property and community.

We are familiar with what it takes to create a unique and incredible experience. The Townhome is beautiful, minimalistic, yet high quality. Newly painted and re-finished the interior and exterior are in impeccable shape.
With its proximity next to the Club guests gain access to the entirety of the Club offerings from food and beverage service, a plethora of workspaces and meeting spaces, including over fifteen desks with 32" monitors available for use. This is the ideal getaway for anyone seeking the space and privacy of a private home with the hospitality and experience of a hotel. Order food off of our all day menu anytime between 9:00am - 4:00pm daily to be delivered to your front door. No checking out or tip required.
With our dedicated fiber optic internet we provide some of the best WiFi in Colorado to our Members and Guests. Brand new hardware and a dedicated support team ensures that we provide consistently high quality internet.
For anything that you may need, the owners live on-site and the Concierge is available during regular business hours. Access to printers, scanners, meeting rooms, dining space, programming, events, social hours, and more all available right next door...
