Weeki Wachee is our family's favorite place and this home is quintessential Weeki Wachee. It's quirky, but comfortable and embodies a unique charm. The hosts Kelly and Dave were excellent to work with and the home was well stocked with nice towels and some extra necessities. There are plenty of outdoor toys that will help make your stay a memorable one.

While we are saddened that the only compliant you had was that our guest shower had too high of water pressure. Since this is a first for us, we're going to continue providing strong water pressure in our showers. We hope you will stay with us again in the future and give us another chance to earn 5 stars. :)

Very cozy property right on the water with everything you need to truly enjoy Weeki Wachee preserve

Could not have rented a better place for our stay. Place had everything and more kayaks, ping pong, table pool, very cozy rooms, fire pit and a great outside hang out area. Strongly recommend Paddlers Point

Family mini vacation

Our family absolutely loved our mini vacation at this property. It was perfect for adults, children and pets. The host has thought of everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. We hope to stay at this property again.

Was exactly what we were looking for! Perfect accommodations for 9 (2 couples, 3 boys, 2 girls) and close to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park. Enough kayaks and life jackets for all, as well as other amenities to keep the kids occupied and (mostly) off of the screens). Thanks!

My wife and some friends stayed a long weekend for my birthdag and it was a great time! It was great being right down the way from the crystal clear water. It was nice and relaxing laying on the mat out in the sun. Definitely would recommend to others and will look forward to staying again in the future!

We had the best 5 day vacation with family! Kelly was always super responsive before and during our vacation. We had 9 people and 3 dogs. The accommodations were clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location and fun water sports from the kayaking (which even the dogs loved), to the water mats, and highly suggest renting the water scooters, they’re pricey but a huge hit with the grands!There were only a few minor issues, a couple of the kayaks needed attention as they didn’t work properly and the keurig machine didn’t work, but they also have a regular coffee pot, both were brought to Kelly’s attention so I’m confident those will get tended to. Nothing to warrant reducing the 5 star given as everything truly was wonderful. Thanks for a great family trip that will go down in the books!

Family fun

We stayed for spring break 2025. Our kids enjoyed the games and toys and bunk beds very much. The canoe was perfect for our first paddling trip with a baby and two young kids. The owner/manager responded timely to questions so that’s helpful.

Weeki wachee week

This was our first vacation rental and it was awesome. Better then a hotel and instant access to the weeki wachee river. Lots of space for a family of 4. Pictures are exactly what is advertised on the website. Plenty of amenities and a nice neighborhood. Five star all around.

River Oasis

We stayed at paddlers point with friends and family for 3 nights. The house was meticulously cleaned and organized. We enjoyed kayaking on the canal to the river everyday. Great location, nice house and wonderful communication with hosts.

WE LOVED OUR STAY

Everything was just as promised. Kelly, our host, was very gracious and had everything we could need for us to really enjoy our stay. There were more than enough kayaks, and a canoe. The sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for us. Kelly is very friendly and will make your stay a good one. We really did enjoy our stay with them!

Family getaway 2023

Perfect long weekend getaway with family. Plenty of kayaks and canoes for everyone. Daily trips to the main river are only a short distance from the house. Saw lots of manatees in the canal. The house was very comfortable for our family and would definitely book again.

Amazing getaway

What an amazing getaway with family and friends everything you need all-in-one spot right down the river from perfect sandbar to hang out on. Will definitely choose this property again has everything needed from kids to adults and is close to everything. Thank you for being so accommodating.

One of the best family trips we have taken in awhile! Location was good house was clean and just as described. Kayaked to the river and found the hotdog snack boat which was really cool! Manatees with babies were right off the dock and we dolphins went under our kayaks just as we were entering the river from the canal. Hosts were helpful and quick to answer any questions we had about the area.We will definitely be back!
