Beach House/Private Pool/2-Min to Beach

We love our "Blue Haven" beach home and we have opened it for you to enjoy. Offering an enviable location on the Island east of Surfside, this captivating beach house is a two minutes WALKING distance to the beach, through County FREE Beach Access Road #2

As you enter this home via exterior stairs, you'll be greeted by a host of thoughtful touches - central air conditioning and accent walls. The living room boasts plentiful seating, and a 65-inch Smart TV. It also seamlessly blends with the kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, countertop, a modern sink, and subway tile backsplash. There's a separate pantry for your dry goods and ample space to dine at the four-person island and the adjacent dining room table for six.

The outdoor areas are just as special, including a bay-facing deck with lounge seating, picnic table, outdoor sofa, fire pit and grill. There's also a shaded patio on the ground level, where you'll find an entertaining area, a picnic table, and an outdoor shower to rinse you off after fun-filled beach days and above ground pool.

At night, you'll find that three of the four bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a full bathroom in front of it. All of our bedrooms has a Smart TV with NETFLIX PROVIDED and have their own closets with shelves and extra pillows and blankets.

We rely on a water well as our water source; to prioritize guest safety, we do not advertise the water as potable.

What a great house! We historically have stayed in Surfside Beach but needed a bigger house at a certain price point. This house but the bill. We had 13 staying but we were no cramped at all. Plenty of seating and sleeping space. AND plenty of bathrooms! This house will certainly be a must if available next Labor Day. The only recommendation I have is to bring your favorite toilet paper as the toilet paper provided is Scott Tissue 1 ply. Other than that, this house is amazing!

Beach house

Great Location. Everything was as stated except had charcoal grill instead of gas. Property manager was very helpful and checked in to make sure everything was going well. She had quick responses to any questions we had. If we travel to Freeport again we would rent here again.

So many bathrooms!

There are so many wonderful things about your house. The kitchen is well stocked, there are lots of games, seating in the living area and on the deck, a pool, lots of bathrooms, beds, lovely decor, lots of propane and an extra 5 gallon jug of water. And the location is superb! We loved it!

Great Location.

Great location. Enough room for a large family. We lost a day with the pool due to a dead bird. It was cleaned and we were able to use it the next day. Make sure you inspect and report every single thing upon check in or you may get surprise charges after check out. Also make sure to get VRBO insurance if you stay here.

Long relaxing weekend

The house is beautiful. Everything is designed for comfort. The couch and the tvs were perfect. The beds were easy to sleep in. For those concerned about the well water, there is a water cooler that has fresh drinking water. The walk to the beach is short. You can sit on the deck and see the beach. Out the back, you can see the bay. Water on both sides is so relaxing. I will say that the house is not the cleaness. The utensils had rust on them from sitting wet in the drawer. There were also a couple of spider webs. However, none of this particularly affected the overall vibe of the house. I will suggest this rental to friends.

Great potential

The house is lovely and new. We love having a bath for every bedroom. The location is good. It's an easy walk or ride to the beach. The house is adequately stocked, but barely. Minimal towels, no dish rags, and no counter cleaner. The kitchen has the basics, but no extras. The biggest challenge is the water is not potable. We were told this shortly before our stay. I was confused and asked for clarification. After our stay, I was told the house is on well water, not city water. Water pressure is also very poor. The property has great potential. Better stocked kitchen and linens and improved water would make it a great property. Good communication with the manager.

My Stay

Nice home but had issues with hot water for the showers and the water had a bad smell. Also had to keep resetting the thermostat due to it getting up to 80 degrees inside the house.

Great beach house

We loved this beach house! It was perfect for our three families with small children. It was such an easy and short walk to the beach even with the little ones. Maria was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. We’d definitely book again. The only extra mention would be to bring enough water to drink and cook with since the city water is definitely not for consumption.

Easter weekend getaway

Great property that accommodated all 14 of us! From my elderly parents to our teenage kids. We had a slight mishap with the water but Maria was very responsive and acted quickly to resolve the issue. We really liked that all bedrooms had televisions and that all bathrooms had regular sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The balcony could use another picnic table and a small fire pit to make s’mores. Our overall experience was good and we would definitely rent this place again.

This is the greatest beach property I’ve ever stayed

This place is just awesome: clean, spotless, calm, near the beach. If you are traveling with kiddos or teens like us: this is the best option around. We have stayed in several properties around and there is always something but not here, definitely we are coming back, even in cold weather because the proximity to the beach makes it great for camp fires and family activities. If I had to describe in one word this property would be: great. This was a family vacation with my wife, 2 teenage daughters and 2 friends of them.

Beautiful New Beach House!

The home was perfect for our group! We had 5 adults and 7 kids/teens and the accommodations were comfortable for everyone! The home is brand new, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! Maria was a great host and communicated clearly with us what the home had and what we needed to bring with us. We will definitely book this house again and hope to stay longer next time!
