Our stay was awesome! The house was everything we expected and more. The host was very attentive and stayed in communication. The pool table on the top floor was an added bonus a storm blew in while we were there and we were unable to fish but still enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be booking again.

The house was very accommodating for our family. We had 13 people. There was more than enough room. Being right on the canal the kids were able to fish anytime. The beach was 5 minute drive. Close to amenities , including restaurants, gas and stores.

The house was very nice and clean. The check in process was very easy and there was plenty of room for 11 of us in the house. I would definitely book this house again in the future.

The property is very well maintained, the location is awesome for any and all beach/fishing activities. Lake Jackson is just a few minutes away and you can find all major services there. Neighborhood is clean and quiet. % STARS all the WAY!!!

House was great for our family. We had a great stay & will definitely be staying at this home again. Enjoyed fishing in the canal in the evenings. Lady next door said no crabs in canal, but we caught 10 or more in the traps. Great neighborhood. Beautiful home.

Could be a great house but unfortunately we did not have a good experience. They are in the process of some renovations that were not listed on listing or disclosed at time of booking. We arrived to a stop work order posted outside and a damaged bulk head (we planned to park our boat onsite which was disclosed at time of booking). When plugging up our boat electrical outlet caught fire, we did not have hot water anywhere in the house and the first day the city showed up deeming the house for no occupancy so we had to relocate. Again once the repairs happen this place would be an ideal place for a large group to stay; we unfortunately just booked at the wrong time. Owners worked with us and we received a refund but lost 2 days of our vacation time dealing with something that was out of our control.
