The property offers access to great food, bars, music venues, and only minutes away from Frenchman St., the French Quarters, Canal St., and more. Come enjoy the culture and experience living like a local!

Upon entering the home, you'll encounter the living room with a half bathroom. The living room will lead you into the kitchen. The last room in the suite is the bedroom with a closet and full bathroom. You'll also have access to a small patio in a private backyard space.

Bywater Oasis & Sanctuary

I’ve spent a lot of time in New Orleans over the years but it’s been a while since I’ve been back. This visit was a bit last minute and by its nature going to be a chaotic whirlwind and involved too many moving parts. Then my journey to New Orleans became a nightmare due to unforeseen and nearly comic bad luck and the nature of travel so I arrived way past due and exhausted. But from the moment I walked through the door of this property everything got better. This instantly became my clean quiet oasis in the middle of all that makes New Orleans so unique and wonderful. The host had the property so cool clean and inviting. A nice welcome basket, charming touches in the bathrooms, a chilled pitcher of water in the fridge everything I needed to recover and enjoy my stay. It is well located so that most any restaurant or night spot be it in the quarter, Marigny or of course the Bywater is close by and convenient but you don’t feel like your in the thick of it all. This is not a party place but a perfect lovely sanctuary between parties. This host and the house were perfect and just what needed. I could not more highly recommend.
