HOUSE RULES: No third-party rentals, the person booking must be a staying guest. If not, the reservation will be canceled No smoking/vaping (except on the balcony with door closed) No parties, gatherings, pets Capacity limit of 4 guests (will consider 5 with prior approval) VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.
POLICIES: The listing states we are a non-smoking property. While this is true for the apartment itself and the building, you may smoke on our balcony with the sliding door closed, in addition to the pool area on the top level of the building.
No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, elevators, etc. We make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances will be in good working order. No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of God or nature. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED during Hurricane Season.

This property is a great location just a few steps from Bourbon street. It is well appointed and comfortable for a family of 4 with 2 teens. The music from the clubs and bars can be heard slightly but not enough to keep any of us awake. There is a ton of stuff to do with in walking distance, with street car and bus service nearby. Michell is a great host and had lots of information available regarding the property and things to do and get around.
Perfect stay! Location was outstanding, the apartment was well appointed, and our host was very communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay again!
We loved the place. The location, the place is well stocked, the communication with the owner was great! everything was just perfect for our essence festival long weekend
We loved this quaint little place with perfect amount of space, comfortable bed and amenities. We walked and walked all over town and knew exactly how to get back. Will definitely be back!
My stay was absolutely fantastic! The condo was very clean and the location was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better location everything was a quick walk away. The host was very informative and easy to reach if needed. I would suggest that you give this place a try.
Great communication as the trip approached made for a super easy check-in. Beautiful little condo with great sound proofing. The balcony faces Bourbon street, only half a block away, and the sound of the music from the bars was only faintly audible.
We very much enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated in New Orleans style. It was a great location and walking distance from the sights in the French Quarter. Michelle gave us thorough instructions and was quick to answer when we had a question.
