Great location steps from BOURBON! No noise heard in the bedroom at night! Comfortable apartment and clean. Host was very responsive. Would recommend this place for 2 adult guest.

The property is so beautiful!! It’s in an older building that is super cool. They had everything we needed and more in the apartment. Michelle, the host, was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay. 20 out of 10 recommend!! Bourbon Street is 20 steps away. Couldn’t ask for a better location!

This was a great place to stay for 6 nights. Centrally located, safe, clean. We enjoyed having the balcony, which is something we wouldn’t typically have in a hotel. Communication with the host was fantastic. We will definitely stay again!

It was. Rey clean and the area was perfect. You are literally twenty steps to Burboun street. The house was perfect size had everything you need the only problem was there were ants in the apartment

The apartment was clean and very cute. The decor was fun and very NOLA. I enjoyed it being in such close proximity to everything we needed. I was slightly concerned about the noise of Bourbon St at night but it wasn’t an issue when sleeping. The high ceilings and ceiling fans really helped to keep the place cool. The bedroom ceiling fan was an absolute life saver for me. Although we did use the rooftop pool, we did check it out. It was clean and had plenty of chairs surrounding it. Michelle was very responsive and helpful. At one point our code stopped working and she answered immediately to resolve the issue. I would absolutely rent this place again.

My stay accommodation worked out perfectly for 3 adults. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Canal Street, Jackson Square, restaurants, shops, live jazz venues, and many popular attractions. The location made it easy to explore New Orleans without needing to drive.In addition, several tour companies offered convenient pickup and drop-off service near the property, making sightseeing even easier.Our host, Michelle, provided excellent guides, detailed instructions, and helpful local recommendations that made check-in, parking, and navigating the city seamless. Her communication was prompt and informative throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting New Orleans.

Perfect location. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The communication with Michelle was awesome. The only downside is sleeping in the living room on a weekend night. Ear plugs weren’t adequate to drown out the noise from Bourbon street.

This property is a great location just a few steps from Bourbon street. It is well appointed and comfortable for a family of 4 with 2 teens. The music from the clubs and bars can be heard slightly but not enough to keep any of us awake. There is a ton of stuff to do with in walking distance, with street car and bus service nearby. Michell is a great host and had lots of information available regarding the property and things to do and get around.
