Quiet Staycation

We wanted a last-minute getaway for the holiday weekend and this listing did not disappoint. The pool outdoor spaces were the stars of the show, providing plenty of space to relax and recharge.

Girls Trip in Palm Springs

My friends and I had a lovely time staying at Adriana’s home in Palm Springs. We loved relaxing outside at the pool and the proximity to downtown Palm Springs and Joshua Tree.

Beautiful house

Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. This house has it all from the pool, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, early check in to the amazing host. I could go on and on about this listing. You will not be disappointed with your choice to stay here.

The property is absolutely stunning! The pool/spa area was a peace of heaven- beautifully landscaped with mountain views. Gorgeous interior design. Everything we needed for indoor/outdoor living was provided. We enjoyed it so much we booked our next visit before we left

The architecture, interior decor, pool, hot tub, and landscaping were all quintessential Palm Spring

This house made us feel like we belonged in the golden age of Palm Springs. Beautifully maintained. Well conceived aesthetics. (Bring shampoo.) Spending time in this house was the highlight of our stay in Palm Springs (and we also enjoyed a lot of other things in town).

Great Place to Enjoy Palm Springs

Backyard pool area is outstanding. Home is very clean, well stocked and Adriana goes the extra mile to leave you helpful information of how everything works. Great location to downtown/airport and quiet neighborhood. You will enjoy your stay hear.

Wonderful stay

This is our 3rd stay at this property and it never disappoints. We love the outside space starting with salt water pool and spa, outside shower and lemon tree. The house is comfortable, beautifully decorated and kitchen is well stocked. Neighborhood is great for walking or biking, supermarket is close by. We cannot wait to come back!

Weekend getaway

Absolutely outstanding, gorgeous mid century modern design house. We enjoyed every minute there and would love to come back. Host Adriana is super quick in responding and provided all information needed with very clear written instructions. It’s perfect for whomever enjoys a calm Palm Springs getaway. Neighbors are super quiet and considerate and so were we.

Beautiful, clean, well furnished/supplied home. Owner very attentive and helpful with phone access and written instructions for use of various amenities in the home. Would highly recommend renting this property.

Classic mid century with very private backyard, pool, spa.

Very nice home. Well maintained. Private backyard with pool, spa and gas fire pit. A wall of windows opens the living room up to the backyard.

Wonderful!

Beautifully maintained property with classic mid century modern design throughout. The outside area was fabulous. Adriana was available to answer any questions. Great quality amenities and the kitchen has everything you need should you want to cook a meal. Thanks for a great visit!

Outstanding as always.

This was our 3rd stay at Adriana's Waters Edge. For us, absolute heaven. The house is as well appointed, stocked and organized as you could possibly want. Very comfortable and the pictures do not do it justice. Adriana is a gracious host and is exceptionally helpful. We left some items in the house by mistake and she arranged to have them shipped back to us. Very kind indeed. We will return again.

Great house

We loved staying in this beautiful house. There were some minor issues, such as the garage door and some door knobs not functioning properly. Otherwise it was great, and I would recommend it.

Beautiful Property!

This home was beautiful and peaceful. Instructions for check-in were very precise. Beds are very comfortable and the home was clean. Communication with the property owner was necessary related to a couple of small glitches, but the communication was fantastic and ongoing. All issues were resolved. I have been vacationing in Palm Springs for the last 10 years and would highly recommend this property.

Lovely home; excellent communication!

This home is a gem - all as pictured -- and the owner was a pleasure to communicate with. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well-appointed (I was able to pull off a Thanksgiving meal!) and the lovely outdoor space is the crown jewel! The home is close to downtown P.S. and also easy access to points further afield. We had some issues with the dishwasher and the pool heating during our stay, and the owner was fast to respond and troubleshoot with us!

Fabulous getaway property!

This place was the perfect getaway! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The backyard was absolutely phenomenal! There’s a grass area, great pool, Baja shelf, and fabulous spa! Also great areas for sitting out there. We only had four in our group But there is definitely room outside for more! The owner responded immediately when we texted, so no worries there! We absolutely loved the living room glass wall that opened up completely. All this, and just a short drive to town! I would highly recommend this home for a Palm Springs getaway!

Great getaway in Palm Springs!

We have stayed in many properties across the US and this is among one of the best! The outside pool and spa area is simply amazing with so many areas to relax and enjoy either the sun or shade. There is a pool, spa, tanning pool, hammock, outdoor shower, fire pit sitting area and so many places to sit. It was so quiet as well, allowing us to relax. The inside is equally as beautiful and you can slide the doors open to view both areas at once. Owner was wonderful to deal with. Beds and everything in inside comfortable too. Run, don’t walk, and book this property! You won’t regret it.

Glorious Stay in the Heart of Palm Springs!

The waters edge property is an absolute oasis in the desert! Fully equipped with everything you could want or need in a home. From pool toys, to bikes, to a kitchen fully stocked with cookware and supplies, the property owners have thought of everything that a renter would desire while on vacation. Each morning, I would wake up, take a walk through Ruth Hardy park and down through the center of town and back. The neighborhood is peaceful, yet close enough to all restaurants and nightlife. Adriana, the property owner, is incredibly communicative and helpful. Every question or request that we had was met in a kind and timely manner. She clearly goes over and above for her property renters. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect Palm Springs getsway!

Can't Wait to Return!

Absolutely loved our stay here. We were 4 adults looking for a nice getaway. The neighborhood is quiet, the bed comfortable and the backyard is stunning. Once you are there, you don't have to leave! The property is clean and updated. The slide away windows out to the pool spoiled us. The house has everything you need and more. The only thing to note for those using three bedrooms - the one bedroom did not appear to have blinds on the windows and the sun comes pouring in. Certainly not negative, but a note. We are already planning dates to return!

What's not to love ...

In a word, fabulous. This was our second visit to Waters Edge and, as with our last stay, everything was perfect. Adriana is a wonderful host, ensuring that we had everything we needed and were enjoying ourselves. The house itself is as well appointed and stocked as one could hope for. The indoor/outdoor feel is well executed and the outdoor pool/jaccuzi area is beautifully landscaped. In the evening, with the lighting, it appears almost magical. Nicely done. While it was just two of us, it is obvious that a family would be well served with all of the pool and recreational amenities you could want. The kitchen is very orderly and very well equipped with cookware and tableware, down to an array of seasonings, baggies, foil and cling film. Adriana, thank you for sharing your home with us. We will return.

Perfect Stay in Palm Springs!

I want to go back! Just returned from a week's stay at this lovely place. The house is appointed with everything you could need and it's clean and comfortable. The bedding in particular is very nice, meant to ask what sheets they use, so soft and smooth. The air and "swamp cool" worked great, as did the showers with wonderful water pressure. The space was easy to live in and would be great for up to 6 people, although it was fabulous with just the two of us. But what we really loved was the outdoor living space. The pool, spa and shallow lounging area were amazing. Hung out in the spa, which was perfect for 2 to 20 people, I kid you not, and loved using the shallow lounging space to cool off in. During the day the pool was perfect for floating around and reading a book in the shallow lounge area with a glass of wine, was just perfect. Adriana was prompt to answer our questions throughout the stay and really helped us with an internet problem that was not her fault but she worked hard to correct. She really seems to care that her guests have pleasant experience at the home. Would LOVE to return.

BE CAREFUL COACHELLA GOERS

The house is undeniably beautiful. HOWEVER, I urge all Coachella goers to be VERY careful. The owner refused to return our security deposit claiming various damages that we DID NOT CAUSE. After a long fight, we were able to get half our deposit back. It seems she is accepting Coachella attenders with the hopes of taking their security deposit because she assumes that Coachella goers will just party and ruin the house. SO, if you plan on staying here, MAKE SURE TO TAKE DETAILED PICS OF EVERYTHING before and after your stay. Although my group did not party at all in the house, nor cause any damage, because we had no proof of the before and after, we had to pay silly charges. BE CAREFUL!
