We really enjoyed our stay at Water’s Edge and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun visit to Palm Springs. The home itself, the pool/hot tub and landscaping are beautiful and everything was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The neighborhood is very quiet (which for us was a plus) and in a great location to get to restaurants and local attractions. We were able to easily uber anywhere we wanted to go and a lot of shops, coffee, etc. are definitely within walking distance. This was our first visit to Palm Springs and we would definitely stay at this property again.

The pool, spa and outdoor area was wonderful. The house was very clean and well appointed. We did have trouble with the “smart home” aspect. The air conditioning couldn’t be set any lower than 81 degrees and we had some very hot days. The host was easily contacted and helpful. We would recommend having bathroom amenities ( the only thing there was a postage stamp sized bar of soap!

Hi Martha, thank you for your review. You are the first guest in 16 years that has given us 4 stars instead of 5. I am sorry you did not understand how to use the Nest thermostat and you had the Heat on at 87 instead of the A/C at 72. No wonder you were so hot. As our rules specify, we do not provide bathroom toiletries, like soaps and shampoos. These are personal items that each guest brings. The small soap we provide is meant for just the day guests arrive in case it is late at night and markets are closed. Thank you again. Adriana (owner)

We had everything we needed. Only thing was the house did have a smell of smoke and there was pet hair along the baseboards in Master and in living room.

Hi Kelly - thank you. It surprises me to hear about the smoke smell. There is absolutely no smoking in our property since I own it, 16 years, so I am not sure what the smell could have been. Quiet Staycation

Best vacation home we have stayed in!

This home is a vacation oasis. Very clean and comfortable with a great location to downtown and parks. The backyard pool area is amazing. The owner is very accommodating and responsive and has the home stocked with all the towels, kitchen utensils and pool toys that one might need! My family enjoyed this property very much. We walked to downtown, short drive to great hiking, and a safe/ clean neighborhood to walk/ run in. Thanks the the great hospitality, we hope to be back!

The architecture, interior decor, pool, hot tub, and landscaping were all quintessential Palm Spring

This house made us feel like we belonged in the golden age of Palm Springs. Beautifully maintained. Well conceived aesthetics. (Bring shampoo.) Spending time in this house was the highlight of our stay in Palm Springs (and we also enjoyed a lot of other things in town).

Wonderful stay

This is our 3rd stay at this property and it never disappoints. We love the outside space starting with salt water pool and spa, outside shower and lemon tree. The house is comfortable, beautifully decorated and kitchen is well stocked. Neighborhood is great for walking or biking, supermarket is close by. We cannot wait to come back!

Weekend getaway

Absolutely outstanding, gorgeous mid century modern design house. We enjoyed every minute there and would love to come back. Host Adriana is super quick in responding and provided all information needed with very clear written instructions. It’s perfect for whomever enjoys a calm Palm Springs getaway. Neighbors are super quiet and considerate and so were we.

Great house

We loved staying in this beautiful house. There were some minor issues, such as the garage door and some door knobs not functioning properly. Otherwise it was great, and I would recommend it.

Thank you Kareem. We figured out that the garage door was having a slight issue because one sensor was not aligned correctly. Our door handle had lost a small screw, so we had the screw installed and it's fine. Thank you for bringing this up to our attention. Adriana Eiriz Owner

Outstanding as always.

This was our 3rd stay at Adriana's Waters Edge. For us, absolute heaven. The house is as well appointed, stocked and organized as you could possibly want. Very comfortable and the pictures do not do it justice. Adriana is a gracious host and is exceptionally helpful. We left some items in the house by mistake and she arranged to have them shipped back to us. Very kind indeed. We will return again.

Beautiful Property!

This home was beautiful and peaceful. Instructions for check-in were very precise. Beds are very comfortable and the home was clean. Communication with the property owner was necessary related to a couple of small glitches, but the communication was fantastic and ongoing. All issues were resolved. I have been vacationing in Palm Springs for the last 10 years and would highly recommend this property.

Lovely home; excellent communication!

This home is a gem - all as pictured -- and the owner was a pleasure to communicate with. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well-appointed (I was able to pull off a Thanksgiving meal!) and the lovely outdoor space is the crown jewel! The home is close to downtown P.S. and also easy access to points further afield. We had some issues with the dishwasher and the pool heating during our stay, and the owner was fast to respond and troubleshoot with us!

Fabulous getaway property!

This place was the perfect getaway! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The backyard was absolutely phenomenal! There’s a grass area, great pool, Baja shelf, and fabulous spa! Also great areas for sitting out there. We only had four in our group But there is definitely room outside for more! The owner responded immediately when we texted, so no worries there! We absolutely loved the living room glass wall that opened up completely. All this, and just a short drive to town! I would highly recommend this home for a Palm Springs getaway!

Great getaway in Palm Springs!

We have stayed in many properties across the US and this is among one of the best! The outside pool and spa area is simply amazing with so many areas to relax and enjoy either the sun or shade. There is a pool, spa, tanning pool, hammock, outdoor shower, fire pit sitting area and so many places to sit. It was so quiet as well, allowing us to relax. The inside is equally as beautiful and you can slide the doors open to view both areas at once. Owner was wonderful to deal with. Beds and everything in inside comfortable too. Run, don’t walk, and book this property! You won’t regret it.
