Pretty Much As-Advertised. Good Stay

For our stay I would say the property was pretty close to as-adverstised. Only a few differences that we were not aware of going in. First, I will say everyone had a comfy bed and everything in the house worked. And we looooved the backyard. The location was also great. One thing that wasn't amazing was the fact that the AC wasn't turned on until we got there and turned it on ourselves. Usually not an issue, but this property only has small individual unit scattered throughout the house, so the house never got down to a cool temperature. I will say that the property manager was quick to respond to all my messages, but it would nice to receive check-in/out information a day or 2 ahead of time instead of having to request it day-of. Also, the back door to the sunroom does not close/lock. You can tell there are multiple shims on it, but still won't close without breaking the handle. Overall though, it was a good stay and worked very well for our family. I would consider coming back, but would have been five stars if the AC was started earlier or more consistent. Thank you!
