This colorful, cozy guest house is located right in downtown Cortez. Just blocks away from all the popular bars, restaurants and breweries. Hot tub, private backyard, furry friends allowed. It is the perfect location if looking to do some skiing in the winter; 25 minutes from Hesperus Ski area, 1hr 15min drive to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 1hr 30min drive to Telluride Ski and Golf Resort.

15 min drive to Mesa Verde. 15 min drive to Phil’s world, & within 30 miles of many other outdoor recreational areas! There is even a trial head to Carpenters trial within walking distance. Perfect location for anyone looking to fill their days with out door activities for an affordable rate. Family friendly!
