Come stay at our fully renovated 3BR/2BA modern bungalow located just 1 mile from downtown Hendersonville. Walking distance to The Fresh Market, unique local shops, museums, cafes, restaurants and Breweries. Check out all that downtown has to offer! Just minutes away from the Carl Sandburg Historic site with walking trails and hiking. If you are up for a wine tasting, it's 6 miles to Burntshirt and Saint Paul Vineyards. Take a tour at Sierra Nevada Brewery, only 13 miles away
The space
Our picturesque 3 bedroom and 2 full bath bungalow has just been totally updated with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and new HVAC and water heater. Perfect for a family or a weekend getaway with friends! Cook a delicious breakfast in our spacious kitchen with all the spices you might need. Need a caffeine fix? We offer a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee, so you can make yourself a warm cup off coffee and enjoy it on the comfy front porch or in the side yard on the patio. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer for any of your laundry needs. Feel like staying in? Relax in our open style family room with our wide screen smart TV and watch cable or stream Netflix. There are so many things to walk or ride your bikes to. Just minutes to downtown.

Really nice , impeccably clean bungalow, well stocked kitchen , comfortable master bed , all the comforts of home ! Plenty of parking , 5 min to trailside / eucusta trail . Would def stay here again !

A group of friends (including two dogs!) stayed here for a wedding. Check-in process was very easy and place was clean when we arrived. We enjoyed Brooks Tavern downtown, walked to Trailside Brewery, and walked a few miles everyday on the trails behind the house. Last thing- the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.

Kathy's bungalow is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed with VRBO! Such a cute house, extremely clean, well equipped, in a beautiful area and in the most convenient location. The host was so sweet and very easy to communicate with. We try to visit Hendersonville a couple times a year as we have family there, and we will 100% be staying here again and again. I highly recommend this property!

Nice updated bungalow in great location. Very close to restaurants and shops in downtown Hendersonville. Quiet location. Would definitely recommend if staying in the area!

Great rental, amazing area!

Super nice rental a great neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen, and all the conveniences of your own home. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would def stay again!!!

We loved our stay at the Bungalow! It was spotless, everything worked and the location was perfect. The kitchen is nicely equipped, although we mostly ate out. There's a Keurig and a coffee maker, too. We were just a short walk from Trailside Brewery, the Ecusta Market, and the Ecusta Trail. Downtown was minutes away by car, and Dupont and Pisgah State Forests were also a short drive.Communication with Kathy was great and there were no problems at all checking in. There is parking for 2 vehicles out front and there's even a small patio outside where we could sit and enjoy the milder weather. We had a great time and we appreciate everything Kathy did to help make that possible!

Great location

It was an easy walk to downtown for the Apple Festival. Also a quick dive to Dupont State Forest. Comfortable home. Had a great time!
