It is surrounded by Lake Ray Hubbard, natural preserves, and hiking trails. Whether you soak up the sun by the pool or revel in the beauty of nature, this mid-century modern 5BR 4Bath villa promises relaxing and entertaining retreat.

2 master suites with full bath are ideal for 2 families with kids, a family reunion, or simply a girls’ trip.

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay. Relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. You will also receive 2 garage remotes upon check-in in addition to a house key.

Me and My family loved this home. It was very clean and beautiful the only thing i didn’t like was the water pressure in all the bathrooms wasn’t the best and the jacuzzi didn’t work for us. But overall very beautiful home and great communication with the host,

The house was all we could ask for, spacious, clean, easy to access, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. We were not able to use the pool due to weather but it was set up to be used if we wanted to. 5 highly recommended!

We loved the house! Plenty of room for everyone and four bathrooms was great. We did have a problem getting into the house but the host was very responsive and got us in quickly (just a problem with the code). The only issue we had was we could not get the TVs to work. We were able to pair one with our iPad but only for a few hours and then that stopped working as well.

Great stay

Owner responded quickly to any request was a great space for all of us. The individual bathrooms almost in all the rooms was a great plus! Beds were super comfy!

Super clean, great communication and just a lovely home in a quiet well taken care of community …main bedroom and bath on main floor was huge! The pool was amazing and I now need one! Also loved that there were plenty of pool towels. If I had to be picky about stay, I would have liked more shower towels and hand towels for kitchen. Yes I would stay here again!

Wonderful stay for a large family

From check in to check out everything was seamless and easy. We had everything we needed for our trip from a well stocked kitchen to towels for the pool, even a dollhouse with dolls! The home is lovely with plenty of room for our large family. Next time we come to Rowlett, we will book again. The owners were responsive and quick to return messages.

Family reunion

We loved our stay in this beautiful home and our kiddos thoroughly enjoyed the big pool. There were lots of areas inside and outside to eat and play games. We had a great experience.

Comfortable & beautiful

This home is exactly as advertised-it is a gorgeous home and very comfortable (even the mattresses & pillows!) We enjoyed having all the extra bathroom space for our large group. The backyard is pretty and peaceful and we enjoyed sitting out there.

Everything it claims to be!

This home is the perfect place to stay when you visit Dallas! It's a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. It couldn't have been cleaner than it was when we arrived and the two master suites made it excellent for two families or extended family members. The pool was the highlight of our stay - we spent more time in the pool than anywhere else. We can't wait for our next opportunity to stay in this home again!

Perfect Family Reunion Spot!

This home was perfect for 11 adults gathering from around the country for the Eclipse! The pool/spa patio area was our hangout every afternoon. We took morning walks on the wooded Rowlett Nature Trail and anything we needed was a very short drive. We grilled every evening and enjoyed the incredible privacy of this location of large lots backing to green fields and trees. The beds were comfy and the furnishings modern and cool. The hosts Jeff & Sandy were very quick to respond to any questions or needs. Great communication. I would highly recommend bringing your large group here for a fun, relaxed gathering in beautiful surroundings!!

The house is decorated beautifully and the beds were comfortable. It is Texas and you can’t turn the air below 72 degrees. There is a not attached to the thermostat. The upstairs takes a while to cool down and then it still isn’t that cool. There was foul smell from downstairs bathroom like sewage. When told to owner/manager, he downplayed it like he didn’t know or was unaware. Didn’t really try to repair the issue. The pool could have been cleaner. For what you pay a night, I expect prompt response and not arrogance and to be able to be comfortable in home.

Beautiful Home for Extended Family

The house is set up beautifully. It’s very spacious and in a nice neighborhood. We were there on a very hot weekend and it seemed like by the 2nd night the AC was floating up to the 2nd floor. Everyone who slept on 2nd floor was comfortable but my elderly parents in the 1st floor were pretty miserable. Also the checkout time seemed early (10am) and we were responsible for washing all the towels which made the checkout time more stressful. We also left on garbage day so we’re trying to make sure to get garbage out, wash towels…seemed like a lot for what should be totally relaxing stay.

Thank you for your review. It’s unfortunate that there was AC problem. The AC units were less than 1 yr old. After you notified me that evening, the AC technician did come out & gotten things fixed the next morning. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Comfortable home in quiet neighborhood

Nice, comfortable home with plenty of room for family to gather. The pool was a perfect place to spend the afternoons with room for everyone to sit. Even without the pool, there is plenty of space for everyone to hang out indoors without bumping into each other. The only thing we had a little trouble with is the fact that the "master" bath downstairs, connected to the downstairs master bedroom, is the only bathroom downstairs. You can access it without going through the bedroom, but still... Also there is no closet (in that bedroom) to speak of, no place to hang clothes, or furniture to put clothes in or on. 2 folding suitcase stands were available, but it would have been nice to unpack into dresser drawers, or to hang things up. Overall, a very nice property in an upscale, quiet neighborhood which we would stay at again. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. Within a couple minutes of shopping, yet away from the noise and traffic.

Traveled in for a birthday celebration trip for my 38th. Upon arrival, the front door lock to access the key wouldn’t open, checked the code was correct multiple times. Seemed as if the batteries were dead in it. Finally, it struggled to but popped open. No worries, things like that happen. What really threw us for a loop was the handwritten note on the A/C thermostats informing us “not to run the air below 72* or risk not having A/C at all :) ” it’s Texas, it’s hot. Functioning A/C is required. When we arrived it was 75 down stairs and 78 up stairs, so turning the units to 72 froze them up anyway. Our guests were extremely uncomfortable for 3 days while we struggled to maintain any temp below 75 upstairs. It’s Texas, it’s hot, maintaining your HVAC systems should be at the top of the priority list & judging by the other comments, this has been an issue with this property for some time. There were many small things wrong with this property including a frozen freezer door, (I was charged for damaging it when it was already broken), dead batteries in remotes, dirty pool, toilet paper holders falling off the walls, etc. we brought in the daily deliveries from Amazon so they wouldn’t be left outside. For upwards of 500 a night, one would think the property would be a little more unkept, cared for, & maintained. We left the property in better condition that we found it. Overall I would avoid this property, or at least know what sort of unpleasant stay you’re getting yourself into

We absolutely loved this location! Jeff was so quick to respond with any questions we had and took such good care of us! Our kids absolutely loved the pool and didn’t want to even leave the house to explore. Everything was so close as well if we wanted to go anywhere! House was super clean and well equipped with anything we may have needed! My sister, her kiddos, and as well as my husband and kiddos all stayed with plenty of space. We had a great time and our hosts were wonderful! Highly recommend!
