Welcome to your Tims Ford Lake getaway! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath cottage sleeps up to 10 guests and sits in a peaceful wooded lakeside community. Just across the street is the pathway to Holiday Landing Marina and Bluegill Grill, making it convenient to enjoy the lake, docks, waterfront dining and drinks without having to drive.

The house was beautiful and so clean! We really enjoyed our stay, there was plenty of room for our large family. It is a great location and had every amenity we could possibly need. Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Great Weekend at the lake

Our group had a great stay at this home. It was incredibly well stocked with kitchen essentials, and toiletries in the bathrooms. It is a short walk down to a dock at the lake and connected to a Mariana. There was plenty of room for several families to spend time together. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful weekend

We were in town for the Grand Opening of the Company Distilling location in Lynchburg. The home was a lovely retreat each evening after the retail craziness. We especially loved walking to lake and sitting on the patio. Well recommended.

Peaceful getaway.

Memorial Day Weekend!

The property was exactly as advertised and more than met our needs. We were incredibly pleased, and truly appreciated the little touches provided by Vance and his team. I would recommend to any lover of Tims Ford Lake, or just a nice getaway to a wonderful community. Convenient to marina's and both Tullahoma and Winchester.

Fantastic place to stay!!!

We loved our stay here!!! It is located in a beautiful quiet area within walking distance of the lake. The home was very clean! It felt so comfortable! Vance was a great host! So easy to work with! Everything about our stay was fantastic!!!!

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our visit to Tim Fords Lake. Great location close to a marina. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and organized. My favorite was the screened in porch with the cozy fireplace for morning coffee.

Wonderful house close to the lake!

We really enjoyed our stay in Tullahoma and felt very safe in the neighborhood! The lake is super close by with a great restaurant called the Bluegill Grill. If you get out on a boat, make sure you find the cave and swim in it! The house is clean, comfortable beds, nice screened in outdoor area to enjoy your breakfast and coffee. Would absolutely recommend this house!

We loved the peaceful, wooded setting and how close the house is to Tims Ford Lake. One of our favorite things about the location is having the neighborhood pathway to Holiday Landing Marina and Bluegill Grill directly across the street. You can head down toward the water, enjoy dinner or drinks at the marina, and then come back to a quiet place surrounded by trees. It gives you the lake experience while still being convenient to Tullahoma, Winchester, groceries, restaurants and everything else you may need during your stay.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The location and layout really set this home apart. The pathway to Holiday Landing Marina, the docks and Bluegill Grill is directly across the street, so you're close to one of the best parts of Tims Ford Lake without having to load everyone into the car.

The house also works especially well for families and groups. It sleeps up to 10 with a king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, a sleeper sofa in the main living room and another sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft. There are multiple spaces to spread out, including the screened patio with a fireplace, TV, seating and grill, plus the upstairs loft with its own TV and workspace. There's also a large driveway with room for multiple vehicles and boat/trailer parking.
