The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load all towels in the washer and start on Express wash. The towels take the longest to dry. So we appreciate your help. Leave all bedding sheets by the washer..
Remove all opened items from the refrigerator and throw it away. Take trash out to the trash bin outside. Load all used dishes and cups into the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
Collect all your items double check you haven’t left anything behind. Turn off all the lights and AC units and TV. Lock the door. do not take any of our chargers. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes pass the entrance of the home. Please remove shoes where the tile entrance is. Otherwise we will charge an extra carpet cleaning fee.

This was a pretty place, very modern with smart appliances. Had a small issue with one item which was fixed immediately Very responsive. Great location to walk to things on Pearl street. Easy parking.

Location couldn’t have been more convenient. Right near all the restaurants etc. Whole Foods close by. Hiking. Etc. 40 min drive to Red Rocks for show we attended. Had a few questions for the hose who got right back to us. I’d stay here again

Very Well Maintained

Beautiful yet cozy space. We weren’t able to take advantage of all the amenities because we were there only one day and didn’t cook our meals there. However it’s an incredible option for people who want to host and cook. The modern toilet was cool but a bit confusing. Requiring us to take out our own garbage and do a lot of our own cleaning was a different experience for me but this is also my first time at a VRBO so I am not sure if it is common so if you are not used to that keep that in mind. Hosts were very friendly and very accommodating.
