Very clean and beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood. Bed was very comfortable which was terrific with my bad back.

The house is cute and clean and the host was very accommodating to our needs. I would suggest replacing the mattresses, especially the queen one. A bit rough sleeping on older mattresses, not vey comfortable. Other than that, the house is great.

Thanks for staying with us and for your review, Aaron! The mattresses are Zinus Green Tea and about 2 years old, both are medium firmness. It's difficult to find a one-size-fit all firmness solution, but have found that medium firmness are preferred by most guests. If you're in the area again, let us know and we'd be happy to provide a topper!

It was a nice place to stay in a quiet suburban neighborhood, and very convenient for us - only 0.5 mile from the people we were there to see. Price for the space, location, and comfort seemed good. Biggest oddity is the bathroom layout - a hallway off the kitchen leads first past the combined laundry and shower room, and then to a separate sink and toilet bathroom. For the laundry, you will need someone relatively tall - they are full size units stacked. I'm about 6'1" and could reach the dryer controls and pull things out of the drum. My 5'2" wife could not! :) I found the shower stall a bit cramped but still much better than we had in a hotel in Paris France in 1995 - it worked fine. David seemed a great host - good communications. We stayed 15 nights and would definitely book here again when visiting.
