This incredible 2 bedroom, 2 Bath condo (that can sleep 6) sits on the bluff with absolutely breathtaking uninterrupted views west over the Pacific. You can even enjoy the ocean view from the master bedroom.

Located in the wonderful community of Solana Beach & Tennis Club, you can enjoy the pool, tennis, beach access, or just relax on your deck.

This home has been completely remodeled over the last two years including a new kitchen and baths, new paint and flooring, new heat and air conditioning, new lighting and electrical system and a new fireplace.

We want to welcome you to our newly purchased home! We came for a visit in 2022 and decided to buy it immediately when it came on the market in February of 2023.

We couldn't be happier with our purchase - it's truly a dream come true. Now we can travel to San Diego from our home in Tucson, AZ and restore and relax from our busy schedules. Our daughters are thrilled to have a home away from home when they need a quick get-a-way.

Since we don't live locally we have hired Nancy Marks to assist us in keeping our home in the best shape possible. She has worked with the previous owner for 3 years and is knowledgeable about the condo, the HOA property and the local area. She is committed to treating each guest with the upmost care. この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this property for its stunning views and perfect location. When not at the beach the heated pool is one of our refuges. Our family loves playing tennis, billiards and ping-pong. And when we really want to relax - it's great to make a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and then watch a movie together.

We sincerely hope that you'll enjoy it as much as we do!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Unlike most of the ocean front properties our home has air conditioning in every room. Although, it is not needed during most months of the year, it is a benefit to have it in July and August.

Other features that we enjoy are the easy access to Fletcher Cove, just one block north and the City of Del Mar and Dog Beach immediately to the south.

We've toured the North County area extensively while visiting and we've concluded that Solana Beach is definitely the place to be with proximity to San Diego International Airport, the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, Legoland and about an hour north to Disneyland. Not to mention the many other attractions not far away.
