This home is welcoming, comfortable and homey. It is well kept and nicely decorated. Pool is great. Large laundry room and 3 roomy bedrooms plus a nice study with glass doors. Since I was working remotely, I appreciated the separate study.The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had a question.Esplanade Azario is an exceptional residential community with restaurants, a spa, a large resort pool, a Bahama bar, and a beautiful golf course. As we were there in August (off season) restaurant hours and days open were somewhat limited.We would definitely recommend this property to other renters.

Beautiful home, 4 1/2 stars

Home was beautiful and immaculate-neighborhood was lovely. Communication with property manager was a little spotty so I would give this 4 1/2 stars. Teresa was very responsive about problem with pool remote but communication about using amenities could have been better. Her assistant tried to tell us we owed more money when we had paid in full and we were into our stay at the property. Tons of spices but could use more plates, plastic glasses and cushions for loungers in pool area but this is a brand new home so understandable. Overall, beautiful home!
