Enjoyed a great weekend. Our thoughts on the beach: The steps to the beach look far steeper in photos than in person. The beach area was used by the community and is not private. The locals used shade canopies on the beach and lily pads and floaties in the water. It was a nice area. House was clean. The second full kitchen in the basement made cooking easy.Lots of room for everyone to stay. Was an enjoyable weekend.

Family Getaway!

This property was perfect for our family getaway. The house had enough bedrooms for everyone and we could spread out. The yard was perfect for playing yard games and the beach was close.

We had a great stay at this property. The downstairs kitchen was really large and accommodated a large group comfortably. Communication from the property manager was excellent and the location is awesome!

Riverside getaway

The home was wonderful, the view from the deck and living area was amazing.! The house had everything we possibly needed and the little beach was perfect for our family to come and go from the house as needed. We loved our stay from the 3 year old to the 63 year old!

Family Get Together

Great location and tons of space for family! We had age ranges from 2 to 60 and we all enjoyed our time. Walkable beach was great for kiddos and the marina was close for boats!

Clean, spacious, relaxing

The perfect cap on our summer. Nicely stocked kitchen, lovely firepit, and plenty of bedrooms. Stargazing on the back deck was a favorite nighttime activity for all of us! We would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to celebrate the holiday

We rented this place to enjoy Thanksgiving weekend with my husband’s family! Plenty of room, both kitchens are large and well stocked! I wish it would have been warmer outside to enjoy the outdoors because the location is fantastic! The owner is responsive and helpful. We had a small issue with the furnace/thermastat. We would definitely stay here again!

USD College 50th reunion

Had a great time catching up, laughing, eating and playing pinnacle! The weather had gotten cold so when we couldn’t figure out the HVAC the owner responded very quickly and was able to keep us warm!

50th Anniversary

We thoroughly loved the location, the roominess and the amenities. The linen were clean and super soft. Great job for the laundress. There were many dead small insects in the dinining room windows and streaks that weren’t ours. The flowers were a delight and really enjoyed the deck and firepit.

Family Vacation

Nice property with great views. Property manager was easy to work with and very responsive. Could use some updating inside. Living room furniture was old and stained. Kitchen sink enamel was chipped. Beds were not real comfortable.
