Spectacular views and beautiful interior design in this penthouse apartment. I would have given this 5 stars but unfortunately the check in experience was prolonged by an an unnecessarily detailed orientation that lasted over an hour. Moreover, the WiFi signal was weak and not available in all areas within the apartment and the hosts did not provide the service level expected at this price tier in terms of responsiveness and adaptability to guest needs.

Chaillot Charisma

A superb apartment with breathtaking, panoramic views over the rooftops of Paris. The apartment is cleverly designed, beautifully decorated and comprehensively equipped. The front-and-back outdoor space is truly outstanding — perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Helene and Jerome are impeccable hosts, readily responsive to questions and generous with their time (and with fresh-every-morning croissants and bread). A magical place for a sojourn in Paris.

Stay of a Lifetime

This is a rare find, if it is available to book, just book it. You will not be disappointed. I have stayed in some amazing places but this one beats them all. From the location to the amazing views off both balconies and even the view from the bed of the Eiffel Tower. The host has thought of everything. First we arrive early and meet the host and he walks us through the property and explains everything in detail and makes sure we understand how everything works. The welcome bottle of wine to the fridge stocked with milk, juice, bottled water and butter and jams. The host has daily bread and pastry delivery set up so when you wake up there is breakfast waiting on you. There is so much to do in the city but with the amazing views you will not want to leave. You can soak in the tub and watch the lights sparkle on the tower forever. This property has everything you need, washer and dryer with detergent, coffee and tea along with a dishwasher with detergent. You will not need to buy anything except the food you might want to cook if you don't want to walk to one of the local cafes. I can't wait to stay here again to see the finished project of the rooftop deck and greenhouse with the amazing views. Don't think twice about staying here, you will not be disappointed in your stay.

Amazing

I surprised my wife with a trip to Paris for her birthday. I was lucky enough to stumble upon this listing. Jerome and Helena were amazing to work with. The fresh pastries brought to our door every morning and the amazing views from the living room made our stay magical and relaxing. Seeing the sparkle of the Eiffel Tower, every night from your bed was incredible. I would recommend this flat to anyone going to Paris.

Fabulous

Outstanding views perfect neighborhood wonderful hosts. We can not say enough about this property. If you looking for a great place to spend a couple of days or a week this would be it. Easy access to shopping site seeing and great restaurants. If your looking for something new or just need some suggestions your hosts are the perfect place to start.

Absolute Perfection

Every single thing about this place is wonderful. If you are wanting to stay in Paris and have that picture perfect/romantic version of it in your head, this is the place that will make that dream come true. The hosts are the some of the nicest people we've ever met and really made this stay even more spectacular than it already was. You'll never want to leave this apt because of the stunning views that you can only get there. It's 100% worth every penny and then some. We've traveled a lot over the years and this may be our favorite place we've ever stayed in!

Above & Beyond Our Expectations

We did not want to leave. This apartment has the best views and top of the line everything. Truly a superb experience. The photos online are phenomenal and very accurate but the actual apartment experience is even better. Do not hesitate to book this apartment. The photos may seem too good to be true but believe me- this apartment delivers above and beyond. The hosts are so pleasant, thorough and delightful. Truly a wonderful experience.

Luxury rental in central Paris

We had high expectations for this property but the reality far surpassed anything we imagined. The apartment is spacious, pristine and equipped with every extra that might be needed. We loved the outdoor areas with amazing views of the city and the Eiffel tower! Jerome & Helene were so generous and greeted us with a bottle of champagne and had arranged for a local baker to deliver fresh breads to our door each morning. They checked in with us periodically to always ensure we were comfortable and had everything we might need. They were extremely personable and engaged with us as though we were friends Vs. clients. I would enthusiastically recommend this property to friends visiting Paris. It was a hilite of our trip that we will always remember.

Absolutely Magical!!

This was the star of our European honeymoon. The hosts are amazing and have stylishly created the most magical flat that shines above the Paris skyline. The views can not be matched as all of Paris is seen from the beautifully appointed verandas. Every bit of this flat is high-end and thoughtfully appointed. One’s every possible need has been considered and curated. Inside the flat, you are surrounded by gorgeous hues that complement the Paris skyline from every room. Surrounded by comfort and style you will not want to leave. The hosts are most kind and gracious. Jerome met us and helped us store our luggage before we could check in. So helpful as we had a tour of Versailles prior to check in. Helene met us at check in and gave an excellent tour explaining all the workings of the beautiful flat. We have special memories of staying here to take away with us. The location is absolutely perfect and you will enjoy your short walks to all the places you will want to visit, with others being short taxi rides. This is where words really do fail in leaving an adequate review so we will just leave one in summary: Magical. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing

We could not have picked a better place. The room is absolutely beautiful and the views are stunning. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The hosts are phenomenal. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Spectacular property with views across Paris

This immaculate apartment has rare 10th floor views of both the Eiffel Tower on one side and everything from the Sacre Coeur, Grand Palais to Notre Dame on the other! The recent renovations were perfectly finished and make this property the ideal pied-a-terre in Paris, just minutes from the Seine as well as the Champs Elysee. We would give it more than 5 stars if we could and cannot wait to stay there again!
