Located steps from the Riverwalk in downtown Savannah, Indigo House is a beautiful, newly built, three-story townhome that has all the modern luxuries of a boutique hotel. The home features a flexible layout to accommodate Savannah wedding stays, corporate, or family rentals. Indigo House is situated within walking distance of the best restaurants, bars, and city attractions while also providing an ideal basecamp from which to explore Tybee Island’s sandy beaches and the rest of the Georgia and South Carolina coastline!

At Indigo House, we understand that inspiration flows through the streets of Savannah. That's why we've designed our home to reflect the city's rich cultural heritage and the beautiful scenery of the lowcountry.

We have carefully curated every aspect of our home to provide an exclusive living experience. From the charming decor to the luxurious bedding, fully stocked kitchen, front load washer and dryer, 85” TV in the living room, a smart TV in each bedroom, and many other modern amenities provided to ensure your stay is both comfortable and memorable.

The townhouse is beyond beautiful!!! It was incredibly clean and was stocked with everything you needed - from cooking equipment, to beach supplies, to the prettiest gold utensils. It was so comfortable - the couches, chairs, and especially beds were amazingly cozy. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from River Street. The home is directly on the River Walk, so we were able to watch the riverboats go by or even just walk a across the front sidewalk right to it! We absolutely LOVED our stay here & will probably be trying to stay here whenever we come back to Savannah!

The location was very convenient to downtown Savannah - a short walk along the riverfront to River St. The home was as advertised, with room to park two vehicles in garage and driveway. We would rent it again on another visit.

Beautiful space and easy walk to historical district.

Very walkable

We loved our stay at this property! It was perfect for a weekend in Savannah with new options in the neighborhood and direct access to the riverwalk that runs to the historic downtown. Melinda was easy to reach and quick to respond throughout our stay. A great find!

A must stay!

This house is in a great location to be able to walk to river st. The place is brand new and very clean. The responsiveness from the host was five stars! She was super accommodating and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!

I have been to Savannah multiple times. This location was perfect for us. Easy walk to the river and Forsyth Park. Having dedicated parking and a garage was great! The house was just as it shows and soooo cute. We enjoyed the patio as well. Everything clean and neat. We popped over to the Thompson hotel next door for coffees etc. Host was very helpful. Also so easy to check in and out. No problems. Plenty of stocked items in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

Great experience at the Indigo House

The location of the property worked out very well for walking to the Riverwalk and sightseeing the rest of the Savannah area. We enjoyed the amenities and space within the property as well. Our hostess was wonderful, responding quickly to any questions we had throughout our stay! This house will be our first choice when we return to Savannah!

Visit to Savannah to celebrate 60th birthday with friends

This home was beautiful. It was very clean, had everything we needed, comfortable beds and great bedding. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. It was just steps from the river walk so we watched many big container ships come into port. It was the best VRBO we have stayed at.

40th Birthday Trip

We had an amazing time in Savannah celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. The home was immaculate and Melinda was kind, knowledgeable and responded to any questions we had within minutes. As native New Yorkers it takes a lot to impress us…and we were impressed! We definitely plan on returning to Savannah again and will 💯 stay at this property again!
