Welcome to your beach escape at this beautiful, fun, and relaxed ground-floor condo in Indian Rocks Beach. This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers 1,200 square feet of comfortable living space in a quaint and highly sought-after beachfront complex.



Just steps from the sand, you can grab your chairs and umbrella and enjoy a perfect day by the water. Stroll the shoreline, search for shells, or take a refreshing dip in the Gulf. This is the kind of place where lasting beach memories are made.



Inside, the condo has a casual and welcoming feel. Recently upgraded wood-look porcelain tile runs throughout, giving the space a clean and stylish coastal vibe. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size stove, microwave, standard coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. The airy living room is perfect for relaxing, while a separate den or reading nook offers a quiet place to unwind. Both spaces open to a private patio where you can enjoy the Florida breeze.



The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, dresser, and TV. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed and an armoire. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and a dresser, with convenient access to the second full bathroom. Dual central AC units keep the entire condo cool and comfortable, and a guest closet provides extra storage.



Step outside and enjoy all the amenities the complex has to offer. Take a swim in the heated pool or relax in the hot tub, all set within a beautifully updated paver deck with plenty of lounge seating. Two large patio tables with umbrellas make it easy to enjoy casual outdoor meals, and the natural gas grill by the pool is perfect for an easy evening cookout.



The semi-private beach is just a short walk through the pool area, making access quick and convenient. While the condo itself does not have a direct Gulf view, the complex and pool area do, and the location makes it so easy with being able to run back and forth for the restroom, updating beverages, or even running back for a snack; great beach access and laid-back charm.



There is so much to see and do nearby, from local restaurants to shops and outdoor activities. Indian Rocks Beach offers a relaxed coastal atmosphere with plenty to explore, and this condo is the perfect place to experience it all. We look forward to hosting your stay. BTR#2870

The property was clean and the location was great. The bed in the second bedroom was not comfortable at all and the second bathroom was located off the third bedroom so we had to sneak through while our kids were sleeping to use the bathroom. Communication with the host was not good. I had to read other reviews to answer my questions because he never responded to any of my questions about the property so we could prepare (e.g. wondering if there were beach towels, etc.). There was zero communication from him when we reached out about a parking issue and we had to just figure it out ourselves. They didn’t provide much at the property (soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) so we had to purchase that stuff on our own. Honestly, we’ll probably look for other accommodations when we stay here next.

It was great. There was a bizarre occurrence where we found a bunch of bug wings in the sink of the en-suite bathroom. No bugs, just wings. Odd.Other than that, this is an excellent property. We loved the pool, the beach, the water was great. Would stay again.

Thank you so much ... so glad you loved the pool, beach, and water! We truly appreciate the kind words and would love to have you back. Regarding any small discoveries in the sink, we completely understand how that would seem strange! Living in Florida means sharing the paradise with a few uninvited outdoor locals who'd love nothing more than to escape the sand, heat, or rain and find a cool, inviting space. We call it the triple barrier defense: the complex is treated on an ongoing basis, the building perimeter is treated monthly, and the interior is treated every other week at minimum. Sometimes a stray visitor follows a guest in during unloading with doors open, and occasionally all we find is evidence they didn't make it far. If anything like that ever comes up during your stay, just let us know and we're happy to come by with a vacuum and sanitizing spray right away. Hope to see you again soon

Close to the beach, clean, nice extra parking spot, walking distance to many nice restauarants. property was clean, but a bit beat up. TV's were not working (modum needed reset, could not locate it), one toilet would not flush, dryer was broken, one sliding glass door was damaged, and many receptacles were out.Notified the property managment through text with phone number provided with issues and got no response back.

We're so glad you enjoyed the beach access, the convenient parking, and the wonderful restaurants nearby! We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered during your stay. You deserved a seamless, worry-free experience, and we clearly fell short of that. The TV in the bedroom was acting up and has been replaced with a new, thinner, and smarter one. We've made sure to go through and replace an internal flapper, order a new part inside the dryer where it doesn't snag clothes, and sealed the one of four sliding doors. We just had the bathroom re- Porcelained and the whole condo painted top to bottom. We're having outlets tested and are consistently looking through to ensure any possible issues are all being addressed right away. These are simply not up to the standard we hold ourselves to. We're also sorry you didn't hear back after reaching out through the provided contact. That's frustrating, and we're looking into why that communication broke down so we can do better. We'd love the opportunity to welcome you back and show you what a truly great stay looks like here. Please don't hesitate to reach out directly. We'd be happy to make it right!

Easy access to beach

Great stay!

We had a great stay here, it was a great space and location. Wi-Fi didn’t seem to work in one bedroom, and bathrooms (showers) were a little dated but overall we didn’t have any issues and would recommend it. Thank you!

The check-in was super easy and the condo had everything that we could need for a getaway. We had Wi-Fi and parking was next to the unit. Access to the pool and the beach are right in front of the condo. There is a cute patio right outside the sliding glass doors where we enjoyed breakfast. Many restaurants are within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very roomy and everyone enjoyed staying together in one place.

Sun and Fun In Indian Rocks Beach

Good location, beautiful sunsets, pool and beach access good, parking at condo good, condo was a little dated but in a great location. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Owner's rep was easy to work with and stopped by to meet us. Enjoyed our 3 week stay.

Great beachside condo

The condo was perfectly situated with a pool and direct access to the beach so that everyone in our group was able to enjoy their own ideal “fun in the sun” vacation. Check in and check out was super easy and the condo representative provided great instructions and ideas for local exploring.

Great Experience

This place is right on the beach, less than a minute walk to the beach from the unit making it easy with little ones. We loved having the option of the pool and the beach. Short walk to restaurants/coffee shops/convenient stores making this a great property. Cam was easy to communicate with. You won’t be disappointed.

We’re thrilled the location made beach days with the little ones a breeze... ...and that you had backup plans with the pool just in case the sand got a little too exciting. 😄 So glad you enjoyed the nearby spots too… we like to think good coffee within walking distance is a vacation essential.
