Beautiful beachfront unit! Only one of seven units in this Gulf front paradise! This is a tremendous location for getaways with family and friends so the gorgeous white sand beach is yours!

Complex was built in 2000 and features a nice pool. The condominium was redecorated in 2019 with new carpet, paint, crown molding, linens, etc . . . New living room furniture and plush KING SIZE BED in Master Bedroom and 2 Twin Beds in 2nd Bedroom!

Enjoy the beach, the tiki bar and tiki hut tables waterside with new chaise lounges at the heated pool as well as on the beach. Unit is just a few steps from many intercoastal restaurants and the best breakfast on the beach! Poolside refrigerator to keep your beverages cold and close by!

Perfection

This place is perfect! Clean and well furnished, with a balcony that faces the sunsets over the gulf. The beach is beautiful white sand. There are nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Could not be happier with our stay.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location right on the beach with terrific views both up and down the beach. There are several restaurants and stores nearby within walking distance. The pool and patio are very nice with easy access using the spiral staircase to the ground level. The condo is clean, well stocked and plenty of room for a small family. We've stayed here several times and always look forward to our next stay.

So Close to the Beach

I loved how big and clean it was and how close to the beach it was. Just a short beautiful walk to the beach and is not over crowded. We could not have been happier and the hist was awesome. It a fully stocked condo and has everything you need for a beach getaway.

Great vacation!!

Excellent location, check in, beach, let’s just say everything was great! Well stocked condo with everything we needed. Beds, pillows and sheets were so comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer!! Beautiful beach, great restaurants in walking distance. We will stay again in the future!

IRB 2024

Joy was fantastic to deal with, especially considering Hurricane Debby and the impacts that it had on the area over the weekend prior to our arrival. The property was clean and spacious as well as having all of the amenities that we were looking for. We will definitely be staying at this property again when we come back to IRB!!!

Beach Paradise

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. The views were breathtaking from morning till night. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Beds and furniture were comfy.

Wonderful stay on the beach!

Wonderful condo directly on the beach. Space was plenty for our family of four. Kitchen was well stocked with all amenities, spices and dishes (except for a kettle). Host was very responsive to any and all inquiries prior to and during our stay. We will be back again to enjoy the view and relaxing!

Perfect Everything

This is a great condo in a great location with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico which is steps away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, and a CVS just down the street. The condo itself is very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Very comfortable and very enjoyable. We'll be returning for sure

Best quarantine location!

Booked this staycation last minute after most people canceled trips amidst the COVID 19 craziness and had an incredIble time! Had the whole property to ourselves beautiful beach view, heated pool and everything we needed. Saved our spring break!

Fantastic Property and Owner

We spent a month at this beautiful property. I have to say the owner was wonderful to work with throughout our stay. Probably the only negative is that, like others have said, there is very little soundproofing between units. After a while we got used to it, but it could be a little annoying at times.

Indian Rocks Beach is simply Paradise! We purchased this vacation rental because of the privacy of the beach in comparison to the other condos which are so much larger and more crowded. Our building has only 4 units and the nearest public access to a beach has only parking for 4 vehicles! Beautiful, serene beach and pool area makes this the perfect beach vacation!

Sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking the serene Gulf Waters every morning is the ultimate relaxation! Walking distance to a few of the restaurants on the beach is also a plus including an outstanding Italian and a fun Seafood Restaurant all within walking distance!
