Property was great, the beach was beautiful. Quiet and away from all the businesses. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed staying here. The condo was clean and most importantly to me it did not smell like candles, plugins or any other overpowering scent. Location was great. Good communication too. I needed to reach someone quick after I locked myself out at check-in and they immediately answered. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Holiday

We had a great long weekend here. The condo is clean and freshly updated. Beds are comfortable, and we had plenty of room. The views are gorgeous and the beach in this neighborhood is so nice. No cars on the beach so you don’t have to worry about the little ones getting run over.

Check-in was great kitchen was great well stocked.However, the apartment directly under ours was an owner full time living apartment. There was someone on the balcony being Overly loud most of the daytime hours and we’ll into the evening past the quiet time.

Mermaid Cove is a top floor unit with beautiful views of the gulf. We apologize that you experienced some noise issues during your stay. The security team is available to report any noise concerns, especially outside the quiet time. We did verify that there is no one living in the unit beneath full-time, although there is a sign in the garage that is inaccurate. We look forward to welcoming your family to Pointe West.

We had a wonderful time at Mermaid Cove! Someone was available to answer our general questions and assist us when needed. The place was beautiful and well stocked. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was wonderful with great pressure! The kitchen and fridge were great too. We didn't do any cooking in this stay but we noticed there were lots of supplies if someone wanted to. We had a lovely view of the ocean and could see the sunset on the Bay side by walking out the front door! The beach was great and the club was wonderful a well! Lovely pool, great drinks and plenty of seating for sitting out and eating snacks or lunch from the bar. We can't wait to stay here again! Thank you!

We had a great time and condo was clean and ready when we arrived. Bathrooms could use a little updating, they’re definitely tired and dated. Only other suggestion we could give is investing in larger TVs. After spending a long day in sun we just wanted to relax and watch tv in bed, but you could hardly see what I believe was a 27-29” tv. Location of condo was excellent and east access to beach.
