Our family friendly house sits right on the water with direct access to the private beach.

Great place to stay close to Caseville. All the amenities you would need for your stay. Easy and efficient communication with the host. We were staying for a girls weekend and would definitely recommend this place!

This is a well equipped place to stay. Everything you need is here including extra towels and blankets. The kitchen has almost every appliance available except a panini press. The property is close to the road but road noise is minimal in the bedrooms and main room. Our stay began the day after Labor day and the beach area was pretty much ours for the entire stay. We enjoyed watching the Saginaw Bay weather patterns change from the patio area.

Amazing house! Meagan and family have really thought of everything. The beach was large and the kids had a blast playing wiffle ball in the sand. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was large and included so many tools, including a fun s’mores box for the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for the whole family

Me and my family stayed here and couldn't have been happier! The house was as advertised, very clean and appointed with everything we needed for the week. Seriously everything, I've never stayed at a vacation property that was this well stocked with dishes, drinkware, and all the small kitchen appliances you need. Just like home! And of course the beach was BEAUTIFUL!!!

Kid Friendly Beautiful Beach

We had an awesome stay. With 4 kiddos (3 & under) it was super kid friendly. The host was easily accessible and checked in often. They provided a welcome basket which was above and beyond anything we expected. The home was fully stocked with anything you might need (toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc.). The beach was PHENOMENAL and all of the beach toys were an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this beach house for families with children.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our long weekend getaway with family. The sunsets were beautiful! The property was nice…very clean. Everything was perfect! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful beach front house

The main attraction was the large sandy beach area just steps from the large covered deck. Plenty of room to sit and relax on the deck or on the sandy beach. We all enjoyed the kayaks, and the water is shallow enough that the kids could kayak far out onto the lake. The inside of the house was immaculately clean, and had a well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. The firepit and sunsets in the evenings made for some happy, tired kids and grandma! This was our second year at this lake house, and we are looking forward to next year!

Family vacation

This property is just perfect. Bedrooms at one end and living at the other so kids could sleep while adults enjoyed themselves. The beach is picture perfect. Shallow water so the kids 2-4 could play and totally enjoy without parents worrying. Town is close by with everything you need. The only suggestion I have is to put pool tubes around legs of bed. Can be alarming when running into them at night. Other than that an absolutely perfect family vacation.

Great beach location

This was wonderful for a family gathering. Plenty of living space, deck space, outside chairs, beach towels, many baby items such as bath and seats, games, well stocked kitchen essentials and of course the beach out the back door. Be aware that air conditioning is only near the family/living room, none in bedrooms if that is a concern. We only had the first day that was too warm/muggy to open bedroom windows for fresh air, and that was first week of August. Host was very informative and great with checking in and quick responses to questions.

Great week on Lake Huron

Our family had an enjoyable time. Plenty to do for children 13-5. Lake gorgeous. Weather beautiful. Cabin well appointed and convenient. Many good memories made.

A very nice lake cottage

The lake cottage is very nice. It comes equipped with everything a family would need for a week long trip. My kids loved playing on the sandy beach in front of the cottage. We will definitely rent the property again when we return to Caseville. A fair disclosure about the property: the cottage is advertised offering air conditioning on VRBO. The cottage offers a mini split unit in the living room. It does not have central air cooling system. On a hot summer day the bedrooms can become warm.

Calming Atmosphere

Very calming to watch and listen to the waves, and hardly anyone else was around during the week. However they must have had quite a hiccup in their cleaning services, but once I notified the host, she was very apologetic and had a solution. The hosts have quite a selection of shampoo’s and body washes, so as cheesy as that may be to post, I love that kind of stuff.

Sister Weekend

We do an annual sister weekend with mom and six girls…. Absolutely loved your property!!! It was beautiful as pictured and the view was fabulous! We would definitely love to stay again 😊😊
