Very near downtown Duluth and Canal Park. Super easy in and out of the building with good parking availability. The room was very nice with a very spacious bathroom. Great kitchenette with a good variety of appliances and cookware. Was a great location, clean and quiet room and very easy check in and out. Thank you!

The stay was great, there were two restaurants within walking distance and a park nearby as well. You are nestled between hospitals so street parking can be tough but we didn't have too much troubles with parking. Getting into the building was easy as well and the room was perfect with a little kitchenette. There were pots and pans provided as well so no issues with wanting to spend a day in rather than going out. Location was great as well close to downtown and other parks.

our only legitimate complaint is that the bed was uncomfortably saggy, but we're spoiled ... otherwise everything was as good as, or better than expected ... thank you!
