Was a nice stay, clean and cozy. We stayed for Thanksgiving to be with our daughter going to collage near by. Nice yard.

Great spot for riding!

Loved the access to the small but sufficient tool room, and how close we were to the Bella Vista trails

Trip to Ozarks

We had a wonderful time. Tried to see as much as we could!!! However, we are thinking we will try to get back again next year if we can get the same place!!! There is still a lot we need to see and do.

Great stay

Very clean home. Kitchen was well supplied. Mattresses were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the deck - listening to the birds and watching deer.

Beautiful home!

Clean and updated home! Had everything we needed from extra towels, extra trash bags, to laundry detergent! Will be staying here again if the house is available!

Bella Vista fish camp

Overall, we enjoyed the house very much. My buddies and I used it as a base camp for our float fishing trips. The kitchen was well appointed, great deck and plenty of room. Only thing I would ask is if the number of beds could be included with the amount of people the house sleeps.

Host was easy to work with, very responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed and found the property to be easy to access. We really appreciated the comfortable king bed.

Clean house in quiet neighborhood

I did some hiking in Bella Vista and needed a simple but safe and cozy house to stay for a few nights. This house was perfect. Very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. I’m a single lady and never felt unsafe. It’s just as nice as the pictures.

Super clean Nice quiet neighborhood

Felt like home when we walked in. Very clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. The bike slams and tools were definitely a nice touch for us, we didn’t need them this trip but it was nice to have access to it if we would have had a mechanical with our bikes. Despite the crazy weather it was a good stay.

Daughter’s wedding

We stayed in this cozy place for our daughter’s wedding . The owner was helpful and even provided an ironing board and iron (as requested) for our cloths . He was prompt and helped anyway he could . I even thought the bed was comfortable. I would stay again and recommend this facility;)

Spacious bike friendly rental next to Little Sugar , Blowing Springs & Back40 Trail networks.

Great stay, easy check in, seamless communication with Enrique (host). This place had everything we needed for a 3 day mountain bike trip. I absolutely loved the wall mount bike hooks “in the living room”. I will be back.

Bella Vista

Nice time in Bella Vista with my wife. Quick easy access from the hwy and close to trails. Didn’t bring mtn bike but won’t make that mistake again. Mtn bike rental close by at Phat tire if needed though.
