Host was great and communicated throughout our stay and after. Very clean and updated! Couches were a bit uncomfortable but we only spent time on them in the evenings so wasn’t a big deal. Overall a great place to stay for a small family and a great experience.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The amenities were just as described and Jeff was a wonderful host. He was very prompt to answer any questions and gave very detailed information about the property. The beach access next to pineapple Willy’s makes getting to the beach very easy.

Baseball Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay here. The backpack beach chairs and umbrella were a really nice addition. It was also convenient being able to park on the 5th floor parking garage and walk to your room, as the elevator often times had a wait. Owner was quick to respond.

Perfect Vacation Home Away From Home!!!

This was my first time staying at Laketown wharf and I must say that I am impressed. Our host was very helpful with all questions asked and made our check in process go very smoothly. The condo was very clean and in a great location. I see people complain a lot about the parking and elevator situation. However if you park on the 5th deck and just use the garage elevator you'll be fine. I will be back hopefully I can get this same condo. This host was amazing!!!

10/10 Excellent!

Jeff was so informative about local eats and places that me and my children might enjoy for their spring break trip. He was also very quick to respond! The condo was very nice and has an amazing view. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need and plenty of towels for the bathrooms. We enjoyed that the condo had its own set of beach chairs and utilized those everyday of our stay. Jeff also mentioned the public access point to us to skip the crowd at pineapple willies and I believe that was the most enjoyable part of my trip is knowing about that tid-bit. Everything in the condo was clean and it was spacious for our family of six. We enjoyed our visit and definitely will try to stay here again. The resort is also nice with great amenities.

Why they chose this property

This property has recently been upgraded top to bottom, 2 beautiful bathrooms to choose from! Everything is new. Gulfview from back patio and lagoon view with nightly light show out the front door.

What makes this property unique

This unit can be accessed from the 10 story parking garage via a 5th floor walkover. Ideally if you find parking on the 5th floor you will use no stairs/elevators. If you do have to park on a different floor take the parking garage elevator or stairs to the 5th floor to use the walkover. This will greatly save you time navigating the elevators during peak season!!
