Located on a quiet cul de sac and a driveway that fits 4 cars. Featuring an open layout that looks out to the pool, 6 beds and paddle boards with straps!Walking distance to 50 plus shops and restaurants in Gulf Gate. Grocery is 7 minute walk. We absolutely love the privacy backyard & relaxing with the towering palms. Great vibes. Very quiet & safe neighborhood. Less than 2 mi to Siesta Key Beach and 5 mi to downtown Sarasota. About an hour from PGD, PIE and TPA.

The house was built in 1963 and has kept its charm. The house is primarily open layout with the kitchen being enclosed. The master bedroom is near the kitchen with attached bathroom. The other bedrooms are near the living area where the second bathroom is located. There are 3 entrances to the house, through the car port, the front door and the gate on the right of the house.
