Both Steve and Sheri were great hosts.This property is an amazing part of paradise with great sunrises and even though sunset is the opposite side the color of the sky in the evening is so tranquil.House is very comfortable and kitchen has everything you need.My wife and I both fish and were lucky to catch a lot of in slot Redfish and Trout. Nothing like fresh fish a glass of wine and watch the amazing bird life in the evening.Everyday you are able to see dolphins feeding in the bay.Garden area overlooking the bay has everything you need to relax.Also very close to fine dining just minutes away in St Pete.We highly recommend this property.

A little bit of Paradise…

We had a wonderful stay, Steve was amazing, I would say a super host. Steve went above and beyond in making our stay so perfect. The house and location were perfect. I can not express my gratitude to Steve and family for sharing such a beautiful place. It was so peaceful, clean and only a short walk to all the beautiful beaches. Thank you again.

Slice of Paradise

All of our expectations were exceeded with this lovely rental. We stayed several weeks in this waterfront home and cannot say enough about it. It was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, inviting living room, and comfortable beds. We enjoyed amazing views of the bay and breathtaking sunrises. There is a quiet, large yard with a private beach and lush landscaping all around the house. A wonderful dock for fishing and relaxing adjoins the yard which provides access to some of the best fishing in the area. It was also a great place to sit and watch for dolphins, pelicans, blue herons, egrets and osprey. The property owner was always accessible and responsive with excellent communication and guidance on local restaurants and attractions. Thank you Steve for sharing your little piece of paradise. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Ocean Paradise

A wonderful open-spaced home with a beautiful view of the water with its passing sailboats and passing dolphins. The never ending parade of birds, from Ospreys to Egrets and the occasional Blue Heron is so entertaining. Surrounded by lush vegetation this is an ample property which is easily one of the largest if not the largest in Boca Ciega. I have taken some of the best photos ever especially in the late afternoons with its dramatic picturesque skies, at night with a full moon and at dawn with the gorgeous bright orange sunrises. My son and I have been able to relax in the quiet surroundings and enjoy how convenient this location is. Everything from restaurants to shopping to whatever water activity you can think of is literally just around the corner. Steven has been the most gracious host, always with a great disposition and attentive to any suggestion you may have, and we thank him for being so accomodating. All in all an unforgettable stay in an unforgettable place.
