Cute place, with everything you need! My 18 month old and I stayed for 9 days and we were super comfortable. We took walks every day through the neighborhood and everyone we past was very friendly. McFarlane Park is just at the end of the road, I actually walked her with a stroller to Tampa Riverwalk and it only took 20 minutes. There's a gas station right on the corner and a handful of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. William was very responsive and accommodating! Would definitely recommend.
Very nice place to stay. The owner is easy to work with and the place is kept very clean. Parking is easy and on the street. Air conditioner works great and the kitchen is stocked with what you need for a stay.

We're delighted to hear that you had a very nice stay at our place. Thank you for sharing your experience with other travelers!
Interior dwelling was admirably clean. The only concern that I had was the blinds in living area has a missing/broken slat, which caused me to wonder if a window curtain would work.
The community was not too much of an issue, as everyone appeared to keep to themselves without incident.

Historic Bungalow
Home was in
a terrible neighborhood, so much traffic noise we couldn’t sleep, lots of cars and motorcycles racing and reving up their engines. Only slept for 2 hours each night!
Furniture was dated & worn. Nail was sticking out of the floor, ceiling vents were filthy, I could go on & on.
We vacated after 2 nights and went to a hotel for the remaining 5 days.
We were very disappointed!!!

Nice place. Sketchy parking.
The place itself was nice, clean, and comfortable-looking. From the listing we did not understand that it was 2 units. It also said "plenty of parking on the street plus driveway for 1 additional car." The morning of our arrival the host texted that the parking was reserved for the A unit. There is a sign directly in front of the house that says "5 MINUTE PARKING CITY CODE 15-43". So we parked down the street. We were afraid that later that would be full too, so we set out on foot. There were several pushy beggars who approached us. We were uncomfortable, and decided not to stay. I let the host know that we checked out 3 hours after we checked in. (Checked in 3:30pm, checked out 6:30pm.) We didn't ask for a refund - we just ate the whole price of the 2 night stay.
If you're ubering it, or don't mind ignoring the city parking sign (the host says it's fine to park there), then you should be okay staying here. It was pretty near Raymond James Stadium.
