Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We truly appreciate it and would love to welcome you back for another visit soon.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're delighted your family enjoyed the home's amenities, from the dock and fire pit to the games and well-stocked kitchen. We're also happy we could resolve the issue quickly. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to host you again for another memorable lake getaway!

It’s great to hear your family made the most of the dock, fishing, and game time together. We’re so glad the home had the space and amenities for everyone to enjoy. We’d love to welcome you all back again soon!

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the fishing, swimming, beautiful views, and the home's amenities. We also appreciate you sharing the photos of the housekeeping concerns, and we're sorry those items were missed before your arrival. We did take note of the paper pieces found underneath the bed; and it is unfortunate that someone tucked a partially eaten apple amidst the plastic bags in the plastic bag drawer. We apoligze that we did not better communicate on this. We do wish we had known about the septic odor during your stay so we could have looked into it right away. We'd appreciate the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Sam, we’re glad the home was just what you needed for your stay. Thank you for sharing your kind words. We’d be delighted to host you again whenever you’re back at the lake.

Thank you for your feedback, Chris. We're very sorry to hear that your stay fell short of expectations. We appreciate you pointing out the issues, especially the early entry by our cleaner and the condition of the home—those are not experiences we want our guests to have. The patch work in the living room has been resolved. A competitive game of ping pong did result in a repair that required a bit more time than just between stays. The dock lights are available. We hope in the future you might reach out to our local team so we can support you in responding to concerns.

So glad to hear you enjoyed the home and all it has to offer! Thank you for choosing a LakeDays.Rentals stay for your trip to Lake of the Ozarks! We hope to see you again in the near future.

Thank you, Amy, for sharing such thoughtful and detailed feedback. We're glad the home suited your large group’s needs, especially with the fully stocked kitchen, deck space, and fun extras like board games and ping pong. That said, we truly appreciate your notes on the beds, water heater, and safety concerns—those are areas we take seriously, and we’ll be reviewing them with our team for improvements. Your comfort matters to us, and we hope we’ll have a chance to welcome you back to a better experience in the future.

Thank you so much for sharing all of these wonderful details! Great to hear that the space worked well for you and your family. Hope you might return to our LakeDays.Rentals home in the summer to enjoy all the lake life on the dock and decks!

Thank you, Rebecca, for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We're glad the home’s layout, thoughtful touches, and amenities like the splash pad and ping pong table helped make your family getaway enjoyable. It sounds like you made the most of the space and had some great quality time together. We appreciate you pointing out things future guests should be aware of, such as the stairs and limited pantry space. As for the water system, it’s true that its salinity can fluctuate, and we do our best to advise guests on where to find drinking water nearby. We're also reviewing the suggestion of providing a dispenser. Regarding communication and our rental agreement, we use our direct platform to ensure prompt support and send the agreement in advance for transparency. While it's standard and mutually protective, we understand it can feel formal. Our goal is to be clear about expectations, not to shift responsibility. And thank you for flagging the missed follow-up on your left item — that’s something we’ll make sure to address better moving forward. For lost and found items, we will always do our best to locate them, but with new guests arriving immediately after departures, it isn’t always possible. We appreciate the balanced feedback and hope to host you again!
