Welcome to this newly renovated home near Wells Harbor! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has just been freshly renovated and has new furniture. The perfect location allows you to walk to Wells Harbor Beach (under 1 mile) and to restaurants/shops! Wells Harbor Beach has a playground for kids and offers great swimming for the little ones! Wells Beach is just a 6 minute drive away! This home is equipped with an assortment of board games and a smart tv in every room for those family game and movie nights! Walk to the Fisherman's Catch Restaurant for fresh lobster rolls or to Hobbs Harborside Restaurant, a local favorite! We hope to host you!

The first floor features an open living room, kitchen, and dining room, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and the garage which has a ping pong table! Step out the back door and enjoy the deck with pergola. There is patio furniture, picnic table, gas fireplace, and a gas grill!
Beach toys, towels, and a wagon included!
The second floor has an additional bedroom and full bathroom. Please note there is not a door at the top of the stairs separating the bedroom.
All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!

This house was the perfect size for the five of us with the kids having the room upstairs and the adults staying downstairs. It was very clean and in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

The location of this property is a great benefit. Grocery, restaurants, beach, Rt1 access make it easy to enjoy the visit. Clean and inviting home for half a dozen guest works very well!

Great location!

Very convenient!!! Big yard, fun deck area and a ping pong table!!!! Close to numerous beaches, restaurants and grocery stores !!! We had a great time!

This rental house was perfect. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location was great. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Paige was very pleasant and responded promptly with a couple questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

Both the house and property were clean and well-kept. Easy walking distance to groceries and a few restaurants, and short drives to plenty of activities and beaches. Open, responsive communication with the host who worked quickly to remedy a couple issues during our stay. First floor bedrooms are well-appointed. Things I wished I’d known prior to booking: The kitchen table seats 6 but has only 4 chairs (odd for a house that sleeps up to 10). I noticed this from the pictures and requested more for our 6-person stay (2 padded folding chairs were present upon arrival). The 3rd “bedroom” is loft-like, with no door (room cannot be seen from downstairs so it is private in that regard), and sound travels easily through the home. The blinds in the bedrooms are the papery material that does not block sunlight. There also are no blinds/curtains on the big living room windows and the sun heats up the space, really making the AC work overtime in this summer heat!

This Vrbo was the perfect place for our girls trip. It was 11 minutes away from downtown Ogunquit, five minutes away from Wells Beach and seconds away from grocery stores and restaurants. The host was great, and answered all of our questions promptly. The perfect place.
