Spent two nights and it was a great spot. Enjoyed the decor and the backyard was a great, relaxing place to hang out.

Fun, well appointed home in convenient location

We had a great stay here, a good space for a family like ours and conveniently located near the extended family we were visiting. We will have to come back in better weather to appreciate the outdoor area!

Great visit. Nicer even than the pictures

Wonderful property. Bedrooms are very large and kitchen is great. Nice the front yard is fenced with a gate, and backyard is lovely.

Nicely decorated, comfortable Oakland home. This was a perfect place for 2 couples while we were visiting our kids at Berkeley. Alli was a gracious host and very easy to communicate with. We also really enjoyed the backyard as a hangout spot and the lighting after dark. Would definitely stay here again!

This was an ideal apartment for our stay in the Berkeley area. It was clean and nicely decorated with comfy bedding. The layout was very conducive to our family meals with a large well-stocked kitchen with lots of nice glassware and dishes. Communication with the host was seamless and very attentive, even when we got confused about the door code during check in. The location was fine -- walkable to some cute cafes and restaurants. We would happily stay here again....thanks, Allison!

Love the backyard!

This was a perfect place for my family to stay during my daughter's graduation from UC Berkeley. Restaurants were close and not as crowded as they were closer to campus. We got uber eats sandwiches after her grad and had the best time in the cute, sunny backyard.

Sweet apartment in Bushrod

Nicely appointed, comfortable foam beds, easy check-in, great communication with owner. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Bushrod, not Temescal. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful, spacious and clean place!

It is a beautiful and well maintained place. Kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials needed for preparing a breakfast/meal. Front yard and back yard is very pretty. They also had variety of board games for kids and family.

We stayed 4 nights during the Super Bowl and had a fabulous time. The home was decorated beautifully. Great use of color. It was a calming retreat to come back to after all our daily activities. At one point, we couldn’t find any potholders but they purchased & delivered some asap. I asked about the neighborhood & transportation before our arrival and Allison provided so much help. Exceptional service. I look forward to staying here again when I come back to the area to visit. Thank you very much!

Great location and beautiful home

Easy to check in and check out. The bar area was adorable and really made it feel like vacation. Great backyard that’s shared with the renters upstairs. We actually ended up making friends with the visitors upstairs and hanging with them for a bit. Great part of oakland that’s quiet but close to a lot of fun spots if you want to explore. Super clean. Easy street parking. Communication with owner was great as well. Definitely recommend.

Allison was so helpful and accommodating. The location was great for access to Berkeley and Oakland. The house was lovely and just as beautiful as the pictures. And most importantly, there was a gated driveway that I was able to park my utility trailer and keep it safe overnight. I would definitely stay again!
