Furnished with local art and antiques, Treetops has been meticulously cared for with attention to every detail, embodying the colorful beauty, and culture of the island. Booking includes 2x a week cleaning service, groundskeeper and a property manager on call 24/7 to help you with all the needs you have during your stay. Treetops’ 4 spacious guest suites are separated by breezeways and gardens. The living areas offer ample space for guests to spend time together and also provide privacy.

The pagoda and & plunge pool are the perfect places to relax and read a book, as is the fountain off the dining room that has a constant stream of glittering of hummingbirds splashing and bathing in the sunshine. A manicured nature trail meanders throughout the 1.2+ acre estate, threading through exotic tropical flowers, banana trees and native leafy plants and trees.

Stroll 5 minutes down the road to a private sand beach with crystal clear waters and a reef offshore perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving . Mangroves at either side of the bay protect a lovely shallow swimming area at the beach.

Often referred to as the 'Zen House' by guests, Treetops is a one-of-a kind- home offering peace and tranquility... and the chance to be at one with nature. There truly is no other home on the island or in the world,for that matter, quite like it.

Treetops is 4 levels connected by Breezeways that frame the breathtaking courtyard which has a pagoda, pool, jasmine and orchid filled gardens and water-features which are filled with hummingbirds. All the rooms overlook both the tropical courtyard as well as the lush jungle and ocean below.

Lower Ground Level: Tucked away to the left of the front entrance, down a pebbled garden path, is a suite entered from a private deck. Inside there is a large rain-shower, laundry facilities, and a barn door leading to the guest suite with a queen size bed, bathroom with pony wall, porcelain sink, mini bar and window overlooking the jungle.

Main Level: As you walk through Treetops’ main gates, there is a breezeway to the left that takes you to a deck with breathtaking views across the forest canopy to the Caribbean. Off the foyer is a shower and bathroom. To your right is a beautiful outdoor living room area with daybed. Continue onto the main living area where there is a fully updated and stocked kitchen with new appliances and wine fridge that opens onto a dining room and living room. French doors open out onto the veranda and humming bird fountain, gardens, pool and pagoda. If you take the breezeway to the right, it will take you to a charming guest suite with 2 twin beds (which can be converted into a king upon request) and a cozy window seat, desk and windows on all sides overlooking the gardens and jungle as well as a wall AC unit.

Upper Level: Upstairs you’ll find the lofty primary suite which is accessible from a staircase off the kitchen or another staircase off the foyer. The primary suite has a queen size bed, walk in closet, master bath with jetted tub and ocean and jungle views. A breezeway connects the primary suite to the upstairs guest suite which has a spacious private deck with an open outdoor rainshower, sink and toilet with lush jungle views.

Top Level: A staircase from the upper breezeway will lead you up to a watchtower with some of the most breathtaking views the island has to offer of the ocean and the lush jungle canopy filled with tropical birds.

Located in a private community in Brick Bay, Treetops is centrally located between French Harbor and Coxen Hole, close to all the necessities you could want - groceries, hardware stores, banks, restaurants, and shops. Roatan's international airport is only ten minutes away. Tourist attractions in West End and West Bay are a smooth 20-25 minute drive via the north shore road.

Maid service comes 2x a week and a gardener 3x a week, this service is included in the cost of your stay but can be removed upon request.

Fresh, clean linens and towels are included and changed prior to each and every rental. We offer beach towels, snorkeling equipment, cozy throw blankets, board games, puzzles and books to enjoy during your stay.

We have dinnerware and glassware to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

Access: The entire house, garden, and private beach area and roped off ocean swimming area are yours to enjoy with your rental.

Electricity: There is remote A/C in the main level guest room but the rest of the home is designed with screened windows and doors, ceiling fans and breezeways to keep each room cool and breezy through the year.

Drinking Water: We have filtered water throughout the house, and a bottled water cooler in the kitchen for drinking water as well.

Wifi: hi speed wifi is available at the house.

Safety: Treetops is part of a small private enclave in Brick Bay, accessed by a single road off the main highway in Roatan. The entrance gate on the road is staffed 24 hours a day. The property itself has a security system.

The house has one 32’ inch smart TV with cable in the Master suite armoire but can be moved to another room upon request.

Because of the breezeways and collection of art and antiques found throughout the property, no guests under the age of 12 are permitted to stay at the property.

Bugs: A colorful variety of lizards, frogs and evening bats do a good job of keeping insects at bay, although you may encounter some mosquitos the property has a surprising natural pest control system to keep bugs at bay
