I’m so pleased that you enjoyed your stay and were able to take advantage of everything that the condo and surrounding area has to offer. The good news is that new amenities (pickleball, tennis courts, resort pool and bar) are scheduled to be completed in the next few months. I hope you can visit again soon. Thank you.

Pristine property with gorgeous view

This place was brand new and immaculate, with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. A few steps from a community pool kept at 86 degrees and lots of loungers and shade if needed too. There is also a nice fire pit area. The community is gorgeous, and will be spectacular in a few weeks when the big amenity center opens. There is a big lake out back beyond the lanai that made us into bird watchers! The development is convenient to Marco Island, Publix next door, and lots of dining and shops a few miles down 41 on Collier. We will be back. Thanks to a very nice owner we felt at home right away.
