We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The host was great—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. The property itself was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the best parts was the location, with plenty of great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Janice is a wonderful host and her place was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect for walking to the downtown mall and the Belle bakery around tbe corner was a great breakfast spot. Overall it was perfect for our weekend away and if we come back to Charlottesville we will definitely stay here again.

Adorable little house. Great location and the sweetest front porch. Birds and bees everywhere. Comfy beds. Wished for a full kitchen for breakfast, but then went to the cafe down the street and the homemade English muffin was out of this world. Good coffee too. Dinner at Mockingbird also excellent. Would stay here again!

Lovely Stay in Belmont

The house and neighborhood was lovely, we enjoyed all that Belmont had to offer for dining and coffee. The house is very clean, tidy, and on a quiet street with off-street parking. You’re only a short drive or pleasant walk to downtown Charlottesville, we’ll certainly look to stay here again.
